Sam V and his partner did an outstanding job installing my new garage door. They were both very professional and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently. After the door was installed, they anticipated as well as answered all of my questions thoroughly - it has been a few years since I have had such amazing customer service! (The door is quite beautiful too!) I highly recommend Precision!

Didn't get to finish! Cleaned the tracks for the new rollers. He was careful about health safety necessary at this time and polite; answered questions. Hopefully it will all work well for the years ahead! (Not sure if the first part of this went through) but just mentioned I ended up with new rollers that I'm not sure were necessary at this time but hopefully they will be efficient for the years ahead.

Ryan was professional and informed me every step of the way. Ryan called me prior to arriving and even offered to get me a cup of coffee as he was stopping at Dunkin. Thoughtful man and the only contractor I ever hired that offered to get me a coffee. Based on my options for repair a new door was the way to go.

Ryan did a great job replacing some old hardware on our garage door! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us before during and after the repairs. One of the torsion springs on our garage door broke late in the day on Sunday. That pretty much rendered the garage door useless. I learned from Chris the technician that our garage door weighs 240 pounds. Good door and the spring had lasted 13 years. Precision was the third place I called from my Internet search and the first to answer the phone. A good start. The website stated that most services could be delivered within four hours. The technician, Chris, called ahead and arrived earlier which for us was better. We talked about torsion springs and other maintenance that we could consider and The entire repair and tuneup was completed within an hour. Top-notch. I would recommend Precision to family and friends without reservation.

I was impressed with the information your company provided on the internet. This information convinced me that Precision could provide the type of garage doors I was in the market for. I met Service Technician Chris Karnacewicz as scheduled, he measure the opening for the two garage doors. He immediately stated that the 8' x 9' is consider a commercial door opening and that he would take a picture with his cell phone and send it to his supervisor to see if their company would be interested in doing the work. I told Chris that I would be flexible on down sizing the door, make sure you advise your supervisor of this. He spoke to me for no more than 10 minutes when he said that he would be in touch with me and started to depart. I asked Chris if he had a brochure on the type of doors Precision could offer and does he have a business card? Chris went to his company truck, retrieved the two documents I requested, and immediately returned to his truck to depart. His last words to me, I will be in touch. As of this date, I have not received any telephone call or emails from Chris Karnacewicz which has given me the impression that my garage door project was too involve and complicated for Precision.

Our technician did an absolutely excellent job!! He was extremely knowledgeable and He repaired our door quickly and now it is so quiet. It operates so smoothly now. We are so thankful and will be recommending Prevision to our family and friends. We also loved that we received email and text alerts advising us of exactly who was coming to our home and when he was expected to arrive. I wish ALL companies delivered this level of exceptional customer service but unfortunately it is very rare. Thx again Precision for a job well done and then some!!!!

Garage door spring broke at noon on a Saturday and it was fixed by 5 pm that same day! Awesome live chat setup for appointment and technician was professional as well as nice. Highly recommend.
