Fantastic job by repairman John Delpiu fixing my garage door springs today! He gave me a call when he was on his way to my house and arrived promptly on time. John inspected my door as well and fixed all of the loose parts and rattles. Works great! Very Happy!!

Phil did a great job installing new torsion springs and a new garage opener. Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to review the detailed quote prior to agreeing to perform the work. My mistake, I should have asked. If I had reviewed the details, I would have declined the installation of 12 new nylon rollers at a cost of $276. As a senior on fixed income, this was an expense I didn't need to incur.

Could not be more professional from start to finish. Constant communication, Bio and pic of technician, track arrival, professional appearance, demeanor and quality of work. Chris did a rebuild February of 2018. Could not be more pleased, was worth the cost. December 2018, "J" arm became detached from garage door, my fault. Chris had it repaired in 40 minutes. Included an overall inspection, repair and any necessary tweaking. No oversell or unnecessary repairs. Chris was recommended to us in April & I asked for him specifically in December.

This company is awesome! I have used them several times over the years and have always been pleased by their great customer service. Their technicians call and keep you informed where they are in their service visits and when they expect to get to you. Company sends name and photo of service rep, which is a great security feature. Service technician John Delpiu today was terrific and replace the garage door opener, springs, belts, etc. all in under an hour.

The service was excellent! From the time I made my appt, I got a reminder email and text for the day and time window for the appointment. Glen Gualtieri showed up on time. He explained the options to me to repair it. Glen was right it is much less noisy now, he replaced the bad parts that were rusty with new rollers, pulleys and cables. Thank you I can now use my garage door!

Started with the name because my company is precision consultants for 30 years. Tech was awesome did a great repair and measured my new install. By no means are they the cheapest company out there and could have saved some money but you get what you pay for. Awesome job. 5 stars
