Five stars from the start! The customer service was great. Luke's customer service was of the highest standard I have ever experienced. Luke called ahead before arrival AND established a pleasant demeanor during the call which put me at ease before his arrival. Luke's attention to detail allowed me to feel comfortable and confident with the results of his pre-inspection; which in turn I trusted his recommendations and am more than satisfied with the results. The repair left my garage door operating 10 times better than before. I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Ssrvice.

By the time I hung up with the 800 number, who gave me an appointment for the following morning, the local tech called to say they can get here within the hour. I was thrilled not to have to worry about the garage door left open overnight. The young man arrived promptly, was courteous and took the time to explain the system. He even hauled away the old one and cleaned up after himself!

My wife and I were so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism exhibited by Glenn G. He quickly sized up the problems with our very old garage door and repaired the broken loose cable quickly. We knew eventually the door needed to be upgraded and Glenn offered many options to consider without any unwanted pressure. After conferring with my wife decided to opt for a new door. We have had service from Precision Door service before and were never disappointed. Glenn certainly is a wonderful asset to an outstanding garage door company and we were so happy to have met him.

We called Precision for a Service Call based on their location and ratings, because our Garage Door was opening and closing on its own and was also not responding to the remote or the safety eyes at the bottom of the door. The technician Rob quickly assessed and described the issues with our existing garage door and opener in a manner that was easy to understand. Once the problems were identified, we went over the options to solve the issues. It was determined that we needed a new door opener unit and belt mechanism, we also needed some other belts and spring safety cord replaced. It cost a bit more than we expected, but after being offered a slight break in price and weighing the options to determine that the replacement/upgrade would provide us with a better garage door opener with more features than the old unit, we decided to move forward and the work was completed quickly and thoroughly. We were then given very good instructions on how to use the new door opener, the new indoor and outdoor keypads and Rob also programmed our car to sync up with the new opener and explained how to set up the app to be able to control our garage door from our phones. Overall it was not inexpensive, but we definitely feel that we got a great value, quality products and excellent hands on service, as well as defined warrantees from the provider.

Rep came to house to repair garage door. Quoted me 700.00 to replace a few parts. Then he said he could do the job for 465.00. Still outrageous. He then said for 300.00 he could get the door working. Didn’t have any work done, but had to pay 73.00 for a service call when there was no service done. Nothing about a service fee on your website. I called Dimension Overhead Door out of Wantage NJ who repaired the door perfectly for 100.00. I only wanted my door repaired. Not rebuilt. Thank you for returning my check.

5 Stars Precision Door is great. I had doors installed by them and had them back for annual maintenance checks. Each time, scheduling a visit, timeliness, and technicians' work was excellent. I had springs, cables and opener for this serbice call. I had to call a second time to secure a bracket which came out of the ceiling that holds the opener in place. The initial technician was friendly and courteous.

Extremely satisfied from start to finish with my experience here! First - I love that I was able to chat with someone online on this website instead of having to call someone. I'm on calls for work non-stop during the day so chatting is so much easier. We schedule the appointment and exchanged info online. Super easy. Had someone come out on a Saturday - the next day. Matt was fantastic. Even called me on his way to ask if I wanted him pick up anything at the store! Matt explained everything very well, was very quick and efficient with the install. He offered a wealth of guidance on the new opener, on my springs, etc. It's not often you come across companies with people who are both courteous and knowledgeable! Matt was both and that made for a very pleasant experience! Plus - I absolutely LOVE the new WiFi opener.
