I had my garage door opener replaced following a lightening strike. I am very satisfied with the replacement opener and the service was excellent. I received an advance email informing me of the technician that would be servicing my garage to include a photo for identification. On the day of the appointment Rob, the technician, called to tell me what time he would arrive. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He could have done a repair but based on the overall age and condition of the old opener I opted to replace. In addition to installing the opener he noticed that I did not have the proper springs for the weight of my door and took the time to explain not only the safety aspects involved but the impact on the gears. He also noticed that the door did not have safety cables in case a spring broke in the future (which had ocurred in the past). When the job was completed he showed me a surge protector that he installed in case of a future lightening strike. Very professional business transaction from start to finish and the price, including installation, was quite reasonable. I recommend Precision and will use them again in the future should the need arise. Without reservation I give Precision a five star rating.

Your Technician Lou R was a complete professional. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, courteous and accommodating in resolving all issues I had with my garage door. On a bitterly cold day in February he completely rebuilt my garage door, installing new sprigs, cables, and rollers, as well as found the insulation piece to fit the bottom of my door. Despite the cold, he worked until the job was perfect. I give 5 stars to Lou R and Presision Garage Door!

Our Garage Door Opener had stopped working. Our Precision Technician, Lou, immediately diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, described the various cost options, and got our sign-off to proceed with the work. The work was done and the Garage Door Opener was working again in no time. I called precision door service because my garage door was opening and closing on its own randomly. I called in and was able to get same day service without paying extra! The technician they sent out Rob Z called and gave me an hours notice before arriving. When he arrived Rob was very professional and as I explained my issues he was able to diagnose the problem quickly as well as point out other issues I was not aware of. Rob explained I needed new pulleys, springs, rollers, and a switch. I approved the work after Rob explained all the costs and got me an exact price. After Rob finished the garage door worked flawlessly better than I have ever seen it the entire time I have owned my home. I absolutely recommend Precission door service! And I reccomend requesting Rob Z he was a fantastic technician!
