What an outstanding customer-service-focused website, probably the best I've ever seen. I scheduled a maintenance service and Erik arrived at my house in a matter of hours, and was even early for his appointment. He called me first and gave me an accurate estimate of his arrival time. He listened to my description of the problems and in no time diagnosed and corrected both of the issues and solved the problems. He was courteous and professional throughout. I work for Mercedes-Benz USA for the past 38 years, and we know a little about outstanding customer service, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with both Erik in particular, and the Precision company in general. I would certainly highly recommend Precision to friends and family, and would ask for Erik by name if I have future service needs. There was only one downside, that being that Erik is unfortunately a fan of the hated Dallas Cowboys! lol, but seriously, it was a pleasure getting this excellent work done to make my garage doors operate smoothly once again. Kevin was the service representative who repaired my garage door. I needed new springs and a cable and I was very pleased with his knowledge and explained everything he was going to do. Before he started he went over the costs and explaining why I needed to repair these items with my garage door. He was very professional and I would recommend PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE.

Service was A-1, the technician (Lou) was right on time and very pleasant to talk with and understand. He answered all my questions and made recommendations for repair and pointed out some safety issues that were taken care of. After repairs were completed the area was cleaned and made sure I was satisfied and had no further questions before leaving. Would definitely use this company again...

Very happy with Eric , the technician. The work done was Excellent. I was not happy about being told the work was scheduled to be done between 8am and 12 noon. The technician showed up at 11:50am. Work started at 12:35pm. Eric did an excellent job. At the end of the day I was completely happy with the job done.
