5 Stars Precision Door is great. I had doors installed by them and had them back for annual maintenance checks. Each time, scheduling a visit, timeliness, and technicians' work was excellent. Never had an issue. Glenn, our service tech this last visit was on time,professional, and did a great job. He was very pleasant to deal with.

I had springs, cables and opener for this serbice call. I had to call a second time to secure a bracket which came out of the ceiling that holds the opener in place. The initial technician was friendly and courteous.

I called precision to get an estimate back in October of 2016 after reading the reviews on line. Before the techs came out I received an email letting me know who my tech will be (great idea). From the first time precision came out and did repairs on my garage doors etc. until today all I can say is that my husband and I are extremely satisfied with not only their services but also George the technician, he is very personable and displayed expertise in all of the concerns we had with our doors/repairs. He is definitely a major asset to the company, I hope the owner takes pride of knowing that he has an amazing employee working for him. We will not hesitate in recommending your company to anyone needing garage door service. Keep up your excellent customer care. George M was awesome! Our garage door remotes were not working, so he was able to get us new ones, and also fixed our doors from squeaking without me even having to bring it up. He also mentioned to us about installing a keypad which i didn't even know was an option! He installed it right away, and we are super happy about having this extra convenience. He was super personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. Couldn't be any happier with the experience!

Called for service on my garage door. Door was not closing properly. The technician was here within 45 minutes of my call. When he got here, he introduced himself and we went over what my problem was. He checked out the reason the door was not closing. He quickly discovered the problem, explained what it was and gave me a quick estimate. Asked if he should proceed, given permission, and repaired it within an hour. Door working great now. Tech Bob was great. Did a great job, was very informative, on time and made all options clear. Cost was a little higher than expected but it was more acceptable than replacing doors that are still operational after 14 years with 1 basically never used.

I was very disappointed and was charged for a service call though no service was required. I explained to the call rep that I was a new homeowner and the garage doors stopped working and I wanted to have someone come out and tell us what our options were to have done. We were charged for a service call thought this was incorrect. Being new to the home owning, I probably incorrectly called it a service call as I didn't realize that this was a specific thing indicating a charge. Overall, I wish that the call rep would have actually heard what I was explaining that I needed and recognized this as an estimate instead. In writing this review, I have to select something in the box "Service Performed*:" as it has the asterisk next to it in order to submite but I reiterate, no service was performed.

Precision door people are picture perfect from initial call to completion of the job took less than 16 hours. Amazing. I called on Friday 2nd March at 6PM to get a new garage door opener and replace springs for another door. They gave the appointment for Saturday 3rd March 8-12 noon. Doug Zuniga arrived at 9AM and took me through various options that I have in a clear and precise manner. After agreeing for the above services, Doug did an excellent job and showed me what all he did and left the place immaculately clean. Doug knows the job extremely and is well trained and very well mannered. First time a home service that I am extremely satisfied and would recommend highly Precision door. 5 Stars. Same day service, new garage door opener installed. Technician was courteous, well-informed, and obviously experienced, as was the phone associate who arranged the service call. Exceptional service. The new garage door opener is a huge improvement on the 23 year old one it replaces.
