Your Technician Lou R was a complete professional. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, courteous and accommodating in resolving all issues I had with my garage door. On a bitterly cold day in February he completely rebuilt my garage door, installing new sprigs, cables, and rollers, as well as found the insulation piece to fit the bottom of my door. Despite the cold, he worked until the job was perfect. I give 5 stars to Lou R and Presision Garage Door!

Our Garage Door Opener had stopped working. Our Precision Technician, Lou, immediately diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, described the various cost options, and got our sign-off to proceed with the work. The work was done and the Garage Door Opener was working again in no time. Lou was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient while he answered questions and sometimes explained things a second time. Thank you, Lou and Precision.

I called precision door service because my garage door was opening and closing on its own randomly. I called in and was able to get same day service without paying extra! The technician they sent out Rob Z called and gave me an hours notice before arriving. When he arrived Rob was very professional and as I explained my issues he was able to diagnose the problem quickly as well as point out other issues I was not aware of. Rob explained I needed new pulleys, springs, rollers, and a switch. I approved the work after Rob explained all the costs and got me an exact price. After Rob finished the garage door worked flawlessly better than I have ever seen it the entire time I have owned my home. I absolutely recommend Precission door service! And I reccomend requesting Rob Z he was a fantastic technician!

As always, service was impeccable and I will use Precision again. Tim the technician not only arrived early, but was very thorough in explaining how and why the repair was needed. The only complaint I have is that the price for the replacement part was very high. Understanding the price of that would have made me feel better.
