Called for service on my garage door. Door was not closing properly. The technician was here within 45 minutes of my call. When he got here, he introduced himself and we went over what my problem was. He checked out the reason the door was not closing. He quickly discovered the problem, explained what it was and gave me a quick estimate. Asked if he should proceed, given permission, and repaired it within an hour. Door working great now. Tech Bob was great. Did a great job, was very informative, on time and made all options clear. Cost was a little higher than expected but it was more acceptable than replacing doors that are still operational after 14 years with 1 basically never used.

I was very disappointed and was charged for a service call though no service was required. I explained to the call rep that I was a new homeowner and the garage doors stopped working and I wanted to have someone come out and tell us what our options were to have done. We were charged for a service call thought this was incorrect. Being new to the home owning, I probably incorrectly called it a service call as I didn't realize that this was a specific thing indicating a charge. Overall, I wish that the call rep would have actually heard what I was explaining that I needed and recognized this as an estimate instead. In writing this review, I have to select something in the box "Service Performed*:" as it has the asterisk next to it in order to submite but I reiterate, no service was performed.

Precision door people are picture perfect from initial call to completion of the job took less than 16 hours. Amazing. I called on Friday 2nd March at 6PM to get a new garage door opener and replace springs for another door. They gave the appointment for Saturday 3rd March 8-12 noon. Doug Zuniga arrived at 9AM and took me through various options that I have in a clear and precise manner. After agreeing for the above services, Doug did an excellent job and showed me what all he did and left the place immaculately clean. Doug knows the job extremely and is well trained and very well mannered. First time a home service that I am extremely satisfied and would recommend highly Precision door. Brian Hallock is an excellent and courteous technician. He is extremely competent and explained what he was going to do and advised about the necessary work that needed doing. He arrived on time and completed the work in the time he predicted. The work he did is wonderful. It is very nice to have a humming garage door instead of the banging and clanging former mechanism.

What an outstanding customer-service-focused website, probably the best I've ever seen. I scheduled a maintenance service and Erik arrived at my house in a matter of hours, and was even early for his appointment. He called me first and gave me an accurate estimate of his arrival time. He listened to my description of the problems and in no time diagnosed and corrected both of the issues and solved the problems. He was courteous and professional throughout. I work for Mercedes-Benz USA for the past 38 years, and we know a little about outstanding customer service, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with both Erik in particular, and the Precision company in general. I would certainly highly recommend Precision to friends and family, and would ask for Erik by name if I have future service needs. There was only one downside, that being that Erik is unfortunately a fan of the hated Dallas Cowboys! lol, but seriously, it was a pleasure getting this excellent work done to make my garage doors operate smoothly once again.
