We were given an appointment for a rep to come to our house on the day we called. Gaetano, the company rep, called about a half hour prior to the appointment time to let us know he was on the way. He was very helpful and professional in his assistance in selecting a door.

While I was disappointed to learn that I needed a new garage door and opener, the staff of Precision Door were very professional and helped to minimize the overall impact. Eric worked with me by phone while my wife was on-site. He provided answers to all of my questions and followed-up on all discussions and decisions. Rodrigo and his partner (installer) showed-up went right to work and did a great job. He took the time to demonstrate the new system and ensure I was comfortable before he left the job-site. My wife and I are very happy with our door and the system is so quiet and functional. We are glad we made the change. I must say that all of the staff we dealt with either by phone or in person were very professional and pleasant. AND it is nice to know there are companies out there that still support the military. Great Job!

I'm so happy with my new garage doors. The salesman, Louis, was so very helpful when planning and explaining the quality and importance of the door I chose down to the type of screws that were used. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely fast. They also explained how everything worked and were very courteous.
