Eric worked with me by phone while my wife was on-site. He provided answers to all of my questions and followed-up on all discussions and decisions. Rodrigo and his partner (installer) showed-up went right to work and did a great job. He took the time to demonstrate the new system and ensure I was comfortable before he left the job-site. My wife and I are very happy with our door and the system is so quiet and functional. We are glad we made the change. I must say that all of the staff we dealt with either by phone or in person were very professional and pleasant. AND it is nice to know there are companies out there that still support the military.
