Great Guy. He did come at the end of the window but called me ahead of time and, get this, asked me if I wanted him to pick anything up for me on his way like a cup of coffee or something. Excellent service. Explained the job he would do and did it without it taking all day. I would use these guys again in a heart beat.

Andrew was punctual, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He performed his work quickly and cleaned up leaving no mess at all. The garage doors are now functioning much better and smoother with no more jerking or rocking motion. He replaced the rollers and pullys and offered a better solution by promoting the non lubricating cast iron sealed bearing pullys. Please Thank Andrew for his EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL service he provided.

I found Precision on google, and after reading plenty of positive reviews decided to go with them for a garage door hardware rebuild and opener replacement. Our service technician was extremely knowledgable, friendly and professional. The garage now opens smoother and quieter than new! We received excellent service from Guy who did a very thorough job installing new door openers, springs, pulleys and rollers on our garage doors. Guy was very polite and knowledgeable about the doors and advised us on what we needed to do to make our doors safe. He worked very efficiently and tidily to install the new openers and springs/pulleys/wires kit and explained the function of the new installation. We are extremely satisfied with his work and will recommend your service to others.

Brandon came in and installed new cables (one cable broke when the door crashed down) adjusted the spring that was replaced 1.5 years ago. Now the door is balanced and works like new. Thank you again Brandon.
