Scott called 20 minutes prior to arriving and once on site explained my spring repair options in a clear, concise and knowledgeable way. Work was completed cleanly as well as quickly. While our experience may not have been the best, I would still recommend PDS to others. Our door broke on a Sunday and their willingness to come out right away was one of the reasons we chose PDS. The other was their ranking on HomeAdvisor.com The repair could not be completed on first visit as custom cables needed to be made. An appointment was scheduled for 10AM-12Noon the next day but technician did not get to us until 2 PM. After the work was completed, the cables came undone later the same day. Technician immediately returned to the house and properly connected the cables. I recommend this company for their professionalism and straight forward approach to pricing and repairs. They did not charge us a service call charge since the total repairs were just below $200 even though the technician had to come to the house three times. As stated, this may not have been the best experience but overall we are satisfied with their work and pricing.

about a year and a half ago we had a new door installed. a quality affordable door that is excellant. at the time of install the old opener was in question..the tech said we would be ok for a little more time. on 3-02-13 we had it replaced by a very good tech by the name of rich.excellant service again...service, product,honesty...THIS COMPANY CAN NOT BEAT!

I was impressed with the info regarding our technician and I would give him 5 stars. We had a new sensor and new and additional openers installed and a spring that was broken repaired. He explained everything including the cost. We would definitely call Precision if we need anything else.

From the phone call that they were on their way, until the completion of the job, everything was 100% professionally done. After examining the existing equipment, Kyle fully explained my options. The quoted amount was the price charged - and it seemed a fair value. Fortunately, the truck was fully stocked and ready to complete the job right away. They worked in a clean & efficient manner. I have used Precision before and would use them again should the need arise.

Brandon came in and installed new cables (one cable broke when the door crashed down) adjusted the spring that was replaced 1.5 years ago. Now the door is balanced and works like new. Thank you again Brandon.
