about a year and a half ago we had a new door installed. a quality affordable door that is excellant. at the time of install the old opener was in question..the tech said we would be ok for a little more time. on 3-02-13 we had it replaced by a very good tech by the name of rich.excellant service again...service, product,honesty...THIS COMPANY CAN NOT BEAT!

I was impressed with the info regarding our technician and I would give him 5 stars. We had a new sensor and new and additional openers installed and a spring that was broken repaired. He explained everything including the cost. We would definitely call Precision if we need anything else.

From the phone call that they were on their way, until the completion of the job, everything was 100% professionally done. After examining the existing equipment, Kyle fully explained my options. The quoted amount was the price charged - and it seemed a fair value. Fortunately, the truck was fully stocked and ready to complete the job right away. They worked in a clean & efficient manner. I have used Precision before and would use them again should the need arise.

Complete description of work performed by company. Appreciate info given on technicians. Received call to let me know what time he would be arriving. Work performed was very professional and completed in a timely manner. Technician was friendly and explained problems found after checking out. After repair, made sure door was working properly and explained to me what he did and showed me the parts replaced. Would highly recommend your business.

Great technician. Very professional and great work performed. Unrelated to technician-- price quite high for spring replacement. May have to go elsewhere for opener replacement due to what i can assume will be an astronomically high price.

My garage door spring snapped. I found Precision Garage Door on the internet. I called them & they gave me an immediate appointment. Drew, the service technician, showed up on time. He was extremely professional & polite. Drew inspected my garage door and recommended the proper cause of action for the repair & continuing operation of my door...with safety being his priority. He really knew his stuff! Drew was very thorough. He worked clean too. My garage door functions better than it has in years thanks to Drew & Precision Garage Door. I highly recommend them.

Our 2 garage doors were giving us a problem. One wouldn't stay closed and the other wouldn't open when car button was pushed. Our original door Co. was out of business and we took the name from yellow pages. We were very happy. They came when they said and the technician was very personable and fixed our problems right away. We will definitely call on them again when we need service.
