I forgot the tech′s name. The man who appeared is a young African-American. He was pleasant, helpful, and polite. He repaired the garage door. He did what he was supposed to do. Therefore, I shall call your company again.

Vince gave us 5 star service today. My husband wasn’t ready to hear the news that our old wood door needs replacing ( door wouldn’t go up) and was interested in replacing the springs but I didn’t want to throw away almost $500 fixing springs on this door. Vince adjusted a setting so I can still use the garage this winter while my husband gets used to the idea we need to do this. Cost is a huge factor for us right now.

It was a pleasure having Vince come to service my garage door. He projected a very professional, competent and trustworthy persona, and skillfully diagnosed and explained the problem with my old garage door, and was able to arrange for a satisfactory deal on replacement of the opener and other necessary parts for the repair of an aging garage door. I would highly recommend him and your company to others.

Vince’s service was outstanding. Quick, competent and courteous. Wasn’t easy to win me over as th amount of necessary repairs was far greater than I had mentally estimated, but Vince explained all, told me about the warranty, and took what seemed like an unreasonable charge and made it more palateble

Ron was very helpful in explaining the problem with our garage door. He provided us with the information and the need for the necessary repairs. He worked efficiently and quietly keeping us well aware of his progress. He explained the guarantee and left the garage clean and without any rubble related to the repairs. If you have any honors as to worker of the month, my husband and I vote for him. Thank you.
