Jon enjoys sports and hanging out with friends and family. Jon’s favorite sports include golf, basketball, football and baseball. He's a diehard Giants and Mets fan. First of all our Tech John couldn’t have been more professional and a real nice guy He gave us a few options explained our options and didn’t pressure us at all The response time from the time we called for an appointment till it actually happened was less then 24 hours which was great Also he was able to install a new garage door opener at the same time had inventory on truck that was great

Precision Garage Doors is always such a great company to deal with. Our serviceman, Jon Wilson, called a half hour before arrival and he was so pleasant to deal with. I explained our issues with two of the garage doors not working after a bad storm and he went above and beyond to fix the problem. He even cleaned both sides of the bottom of the doors as the storm caused some debris to clog that area of the driveway. I would highly recommend using this company and hope that you will have Jon Wilson help you. He is a terrifc asset to Precision Garage Doors.
