Any homeowner will tell you there are people who come to solve your problem and there are people who come to "sell" you more stuff. I know this may sound like hyperbole but I am dead serious. I have spent the last 40 years developing systems to diagnose and repair complex equipment ranging from nuclear reactors to blowout preventers on offshore oil rigs. Had trouble reconnecting WiFi with MyQ. Matt came and spent a lot of time troubleshooting, including spending much of that time on the phone with the manufacturer. He went through the reconnect process countless times, and was determined to solve the problem no matter what it took. In a situation that could have become very frustrating, he remained courteous and professional, which is probably more than I could have done. Finally, he corrected the issue, and all is well.
