I have used Precision Door in the past and they are my "go to". Matt Dewald came out today to check out my cracking noise from one door and also to bolt the hanging brace to the ceiling on the other door. He called ahead, was on time, inspected everything and honestly told me I could get by with the one cracking door that had been replaced by the snowplow driver 13 years ago. He visually showed me what the problem was. He also explained that I could consider replacing just 2 panels on the door since they were cracked, or consider the whole door replacement with the proper hardware that had not been used in the original replacement. He was polite, efficient, careful with proper pricing, and personable. It was a pleasure talking with Matt, knowing he was knowledgeable, concerned about being fair, careful in his estimate, and efficient and articulate. I would not hesitate to contact Precision Door in the future. I feel better knowing Matt was out to gave me his opinion and shared his expertise.

Matt came out today and was very nice, explained everything to me. I was hoping that it would just be a repair job but due to the age of the door. And the way it was made over 60 years ago the rollers were built into the panels there was no way to repair it . Matt took the time to explain and point out where other parts were ready to break also due to the age of the door. Todays visit was an estimate and a door is being ordered. Should be in in a couple of weeks for installation.
