My service technician Matt was delightful and did an excellent job at explaining what he was going to do and what he did. Explained my old cables were to tight for the door and burning out my motor. He was quick and efficient. The service was excellent. Matt put in new OPERATING CABLES SAFETY CABLES CAST IRON PULLEY NYLON ROLLERS EXT SPRING BROWN My garage door is quieter and goes up and down smoother.

The service from Precision Door is beyond all experiences I have ever had with any contractor. From the person answering the phone to the email with the background and picture of the technician coming to the home and the follow up email with the precise time he will be at the home. To Precision Overhead Garage Door: I was very happy with the service I received from you on June 22nd, 2020. Matthew DeWald was very professional in every aspect. He looked at my existing door and clearly explained to me in a few short minutes what the problem was and that my door could be repaired because he had all of the necessary parts on his truck to do the job on that very same day. Matthew knew exactly what he was doing and he had all of the tools and equipment to do the job.
