Our garage door spring & cable broke yesterday, Sunday. We were very happy with the fact that when we called, we spoke to a real person and were able to make an appointment for the following day. Bob Z called to let me know he would be in the area earlier if it was convenient for me and I was very pleased. The mechanism and what caused the break was explained in detail in easily understandable terms. Bob Z was very professional and knowledgeable. The repair was done quickly and the door is now working safely, quietly, "better than new". From start to finish, excellent service!

My garage door was very loud, opening and closing very roughly, not always closing and generally working very poorly. Scott was my tech, he was very knowledgeable, personable and gave me a great rundown of what the issues were. He made his suggestions to overhaul all the moving parts because they were old, worn out and were the cause of all the issues. He assured me it would work great after this service, so we went ahead with it. He was 100% correct. He got everything changed out and it works like new! He was very professional and I was very pleased with his work. Aside from being a Devils fan I found Scott to be an outstanding employee of Precision and quite an asset to your company. He worked around my schedule coming after 3:00 p.m., explained what had to be done and performed the work quickly and neatly. Would definitely recommend.

Gaetano was a complete gentleman and took care of the issues quickly and accurately. I had a broken cable and the battery backups on the openers were bad. He replaced the cables, checked out the entire system and found nothing else wrong. He replaced the battery backups. I am very happy, especially his calls before the service to let me know when he would be arriving. Very professional!

I was having problems with my existing Lift Master opener which was about 30 years old. I went on-line to do comparison shopping in the event I needed a replacement door opener. Lift Master was highly recommended. I saw the ads for Precision and was much impressed with the quality of the ads, the professionalism that was imbedded, the flexibility and seeming quality of the operation. I was impressed with the receptionist who took my call and then with the service technician. After making some adjustments it was determined that the opener needed replacing. Brian was extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable of his trade and proceeded in an expeditious manner to complete the job. He enjoyed what he was doing and was proud of his efforts as he rightly should be.

your installers were very experienced and careful while working around my Harley in the garage. I had moved it as far forward as possible as putting it outside was not an option due to the weather. The door looks wonderful and works great. This is the second door we have purchased from your company, the first fell victim to hurricane Sandy and was originally replaced by a cheap one supplied by our general contractor. Once we realized the quality of the replacement, we decided to call your company for another. If this door holds up as did the last one you did for us I am sure we will be equally satisfied..

The service tec was helpful but did not make any repairs during this service call. He did tell me my options and said that if I did go foward with the work I would not be charged another service call charge if and when I had the work done. He told me that I should have my complete garage door changed on one garage and a key pad chnaged on another door. Thank you- Bob
