your installers were very experienced and careful while working around my Harley in the garage. I had moved it as far forward as possible as putting it outside was not an option due to the weather. The door looks wonderful and works great. This is the second door we have purchased from your company, the first fell victim to hurricane Sandy and was originally replaced by a cheap one supplied by our general contractor. Once we realized the quality of the replacement, we decided to call your company for another. If this door holds up as did the last one you did for us I am sure we will be equally satisfied..

My Technician Kevin, showed up on time, explained the problem, (hardware replacement)gave me a couple of options for repair and completed the job within the estimated time frame. He was very professional during the entire service call.

The service tec was helpful but did not make any repairs during this service call. He did tell me my options and said that if I did go foward with the work I would not be charged another service call charge if and when I had the work done. He told me that I should have my complete garage door changed on one garage and a key pad chnaged on another door. Thank you- Bob

My tech was a gentleman by the name of Brandon. He was extremely friendly and did a good job of explaining the problem to me. He was on time neat and unlike a lot of people now days did not leave the impression that I was imposing on him. A grade A guy. I've always been impressed with the quality of your product and do not have to be sold on it. We discussed the possible upgrade of my door in the future when I can afford it and he was quite helpful in explaining my options. All in all a good experience as far as these things go.

Doug was courteous, mannerly and efficient. Problem for repair turned out to be that the 3rd roller from the bottom right side of the garage door (looking from outside) was out of the track. It even came out again after it was thought to have been be repaired by Doug, causing Doug to get it back in, and then tighten the vertical track rails. Hopefully this problem is now corrected, and the roller will stay in the track. A new keypad was also installed by Doug.

Andrew was able to troubleshoot and fix a repair made by Brandon back in November. It turned out to be a wire attached to the garage door sensor that wasn't properly grounded. The garage door is now able to open and close normally. Thanks Andrew, you are the BEST!

I had a broken spring on the garage door, which also frayed the cable when it broke. I called after 5 PM on a Saturday night and by 7 PM Gaetano was assessing the problem. Luckily the safety cables worked or I would have had a much bigger problem. Gaetano was very thorough and explained my options. While he said the doors were good product, the hardware needed to be replaced. Within a couple of hours he had all the springs, pulleys, and cables installed better then new. Outstanding workmanship!
