My garage door couldn't open automatically because a metal piece snapped off. I was pretty upset because I am so used to keeping my vehicle there safe and sound from the elements. Luckily, I was off from work and called Precision around 10:00 A.M. I couldn't have been more pleased with my technician Gaetano. He had been delayed on a particularly difficult job, but still went out of his way to come to my home on same day I called for help. Gaetano was pleasant, polite, friendly, and best of all, extremely competent at his work. He assessed the problem with my garage door and fixed it perfectly. I am so pleased and I couldn't have asked for a better Service Technician. Excellent service. The service tech called before coming to my house. Did the work scheduled and he did not try to sell additional products that I didn't need. I would recommend the company. The only issue I ordered the service via AAA special and wasn't advised that they only did that service at specific times.

I was requesting a free estimate to replace 2 garage doors and install 2 new openers. I was pleased with the timeliness of the representative. The estimate was on par with other estimates I'd received and the representative assuring me that even if we get a better bid, Precision offers a price match guarantee. I haven't received all the solicited estimates yet, but I am leaning towards Precision.

Andrew (Drew) came out today to assess my broken garage door. The cable had snapped so we were in need of repair. He did an excellent job at detailing all of the repairs that were needed (either critical, or recommended) and itemized the cost/benefits of each. In the long run, I decided to have the entire system of the door rebuilt, and was thankful that Drew was so well versed and was able to explain everything to me (in lay-man's terms). Service was immediate and I have no real complaints. If I had to name one thing - I'd say the price, but who doesn't want things to be cheaper in their lives. All around, great service and I will use them again (if my other garage door needs repair). It's also a great thing to see that they stand behind their work - offering a lifetime guarantee on parts and a 5 year guarantee on labor. This was the real reason I chose to do the overhaul of the entire thing.

I called expecting to wait days to have my door opener repaired. Instead I got an appointment for the next day which was Sunday. They came as promised with a truck stocked with parts. Technician was knowledgeable and explained to me in detail what needed to be done in order for the door to work again. Very satisfied with the entire process.
