I was very happy using this company for my garage door repairs. They made an appointment for the next day and was very considerate of my work schedule. The repairman that came was Tim. He was great at explaining what work needed to be done and why. He was very efficient in doing the work.I would definitely recommend this company along with Tim. What an amazing company, and what a stellar team! My garage suddenly broke late in the night, and by the next day, serviceman came out, and everything was repaired! If this was the first site you found on Google, don't be skeptical. They are great. Bob was super friendly, explained how everything was set up... so I would be more informed maintaining it. Very very happy with his work - and recommended him to my neighbor on the spot.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. However,the prices of some of the work was very expensive. The cost to install cables was XXX dollars. To me that is very expensive when the technician was already at your house. I can understand the price, if he came here specifically to change cables. Needless to say I will not be using precision again and I will not recommend
