What an amazing company, and what a stellar team! My garage suddenly broke late in the night, and by the next day, serviceman came out, and everything was repaired! If this was the first site you found on Google, don't be skeptical. They are great. Bob was super friendly, explained how everything was set up... so I would be more informed maintaining it. Very very happy with his work - and recommended him to my neighbor on the spot.

To me that is very expensive when the technician was already at your house. I can understand the price, if he came here specifically to change cables. Needless to say I will not be using precision again and I will not recommend

I hear your concern. Please be assured that our prices, while not the cheapest in the industry, give us the ability to provide you with the best trained and supplied technicians in the industry. We show up with a fully stocked truck, fully insured, background checked and drug screened. All these things cost money. I can only hope that the next company you call takes as much pride in who they send, how they send them and what they send them with.

Your service almost didn't happen. I'm glad it did because the serviceman who finally showed up, Rich, was great. He was very honest and told me my options. I had scheduled this a few days ago and was supposed to have Scott arrive between 8 and noon. No one showed up and no one called. An hour later I called and was told someone else, Vinny, would be coming shortly. AGAIN no one showed up and no one called. I called again and was told Vinny was running late & would I like to reschedule. Honestly? I took time off from work to be home for this repair and now nobody was available - and your Web site says emergency service available. This made no sense and so I called another company. That was when Rich showed up (without having called me). Had the other company called me back I would've sent him away. He did try to apologize and make amends, all to his credit and now I am very satisfied. With all this tho, do you think I'd recommend your company to others?

Always punctual and professional. Was informed the problem had nothing to do with the doors and saw what the technician meant. Because of the uneven entry floor the weatherproofing allows some water to enter.

Replace springs on double garage door. You rebuilt the door in 2005. I was very satisfied with the service. It was prompt, efficient and pleasant.

Our double garage door would not close. I called for service 9:00 am and was connected with a courteous lady who was able to schedule a service call between noon and 4:00 pm the same day. I received an e-mail confirmation. The technician called prior to his arrival (as I requested) and he was on time. He explained the work he would do to correct our problem and also pointed out some deficiencies our garage door and opener had. He and his partner were very knowledgeable and professional. The work was performed to my satisfaction and I will highly recommend the company to others.
