Overall I am happy with the work performed, but it was WAY, WAY more than I expected to pay. The repair set me back quite a bit. The quality is there but I wished there was a more economical alternative. Tim was VERY courteous, VERY knowledgeable, punctual and skilled but a little bit hard to follow in conversation. I'm sorry, but depending on the circumstance of the next incident, it's a strong possibility I will seek a less expensive service organization.

I had to have my garage door repaired and the opener replaced. Drew Nix was my Technician. He was prompt, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Drew was also very personable. He took the time to explain everything to me and also explained various options helping me to make an informed decision. I like that Precision displays photos and information about their Technicians on their web site. It gives the customer a sense of security and also demonstrates that Precision has pride in their employees! Great Job!!! I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends!

Precision was extremely professional. I severely damaged my garage door when my roof rack pulled the door right off the track and bent the one beyond repair. They had someone at my house within an hour, he was courteous, professional, and did a great job. He notified me of all costs before he did the repair work. I would highly recommend them.

Prior to installation we had a very cold bedroom over the garage which I can see already is warmer due to the garage being warmer because of the insulated door. Yay! Vince came for the initial visit and was very informative as well as professional. The installers did a great job and were on time and we even received a confirmation call the day before the installation. The technician was very timely and professional. He was repairing my garage door center track because many years ago it was not installed well (my conclusion before he came when a part fell off) and the belt was loose from not being tightened among other things. He alerted me to an issue with the pulley system to keep an eye on but nothing that needed servicing. It was more a result of my existing system being installed to a low garage roof. I was happy with the work and felt safe that a professional was fixing my system.

Your rep. repaired our garage door but we thought it was expensive, could have waited until the next day to save emergency charge.

Francis, Thank you for the review. Your right it would have been less if you waited till the next day. Our emergency service is designed for homeowners who need help asap. We actually drop everything and normally are at your house within 2 hours. This can add expense to your bill. Fortunately most times same day service is available at no extra cost. Best wishes Doug

We had new garage door installed about 8 months ago. Started having small alignment problem. Called Precision and service tech (Rodrigo) was there next morning. He was very professional. Diagnosed and fixed problem within 1/2 hour and all covered under warranty.
