The technician was very timely and professional. He was repairing my garage door center track because many years ago it was not installed well (my conclusion before he came when a part fell off) and the belt was loose from not being tightened among other things. He alerted me to an issue with the pulley system to keep an eye on but nothing that needed servicing. It was more a result of my existing system being installed to a low garage roof. I was happy with the work and felt safe that a professional was fixing my system.

Francis, Thank you for the review. Your right it would have been less if you waited till the next day. Our emergency service is designed for homeowners who need help asap. We actually drop everything and normally are at your house within 2 hours. This can add expense to your bill. Fortunately most times same day service is available at no extra cost. Best wishes Doug

We had new garage door installed about 8 months ago. Started having small alignment problem. Called Precision and service tech (Rodrigo) was there next morning. He was very professional. Diagnosed and fixed problem within 1/2 hour and all covered under warranty.

We were happy with the thoroughness of Tim's explanation of the problem, the actual work and the cost of the repair... once your technician arrived. The technician was scheduled to come between 2:00-4:00. He did not arrive until 4:45; left at 6:50 pm. We did call at 4:00 to see if there was a problem. Our suggestion is to have your dispatcher give an ETA, if the technician is to arrive later than the customer expects. Despite the late arrival, Thank you for the excellent service.

Excellent Tech, explained how he was planning on doing the new door installation then proceeded to describe the various tasks as he was performing them. Very pleased with his effort and knowledge. Disappointed that I was not notified ahead of time who the Tech was going to be, as promised by your initial emails.

Lisa, we are so sorry to disappoint you. We really broke down in two ways. First I realize how frustrating it is to have a repair fail and potentially have to take another day off of work.
