Since I was at work 12 miles away, Dave called me from his prior location and he arrived promptly when he said he would. He checked out my problem, made recommendations, suggested alternatives and we then agreed upon the services to be performed. He was very professional, pleasant and competent. Then, his repair work was neat and clean and offered a perfect solution to my problem all without replacing the entire garage door. Ben did an excellent job in replacing the hardware on all 3 of our garage doors. He was extremely knowledgeable in explaining my options without pushing me in one direction or another. I would definitely recommend Precision. My husband and I are very satisfied and the installation was efficient and it was a very pleasant experience.

I called in the evening and the technician came the next morning as requested. He explained what work was required, gave me fair pricing, and told me how long it would take. I initially had my garage door opener (Craftsman) replaced about 18 months ago with your Liftmaster. I have been having recurring problems with broken springs, rollers, etc. Yesterday, one side broke again and I could not open the door. One of the main reasons I chose your company initially was that you offer 24/7 service. Brian S. arrived at my home within a couple of hours and replaced all the parts that were not provided by you when the Liftmaster was installed. I would certainly rate Brian a ***** technician - knowledgeable, capable and pleasant!
