After reading all the positive comments from people in my neighborhood, I called Precision. The representative was courteous and informed. They confirmed the appointment via phone and email. The day of the appointment repairman Scott called me on approach with a specific ETA. Scott M was friendly, informed and thorough in his analysis of the problem. He made recommendations and patiently responded to any question I had. He worked quickly, efficiently and solved the problem with my door. He examined the entire operation of the door to ensure the entire door's safety. He cleand up after himself and left my garage as he found it. He gave me an entirely reasonable bill, explained all warranties, provided helpful information. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service. I even called some of my friends who are contractors to let them know, if they need garage door installation, repair or other servicing, they would do themselves a favor by using Precision. Needless to say, I am an entirely satisfied customer. Thank you to Scott M and the Precision representatives I dealt with.

The 69 dollar fee is designed to cover the high cost of having trucks and employees available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. My Battery Backup Unit needed to be replaced. Next day service was scheduled when I called. Technician called ~30 minutes before arriving as promised. He verified my problem immediately, inspected my door and components and completed the service in less than 30 minutes. Brandon was friendly and efficient. Tim gave me all the knowledge to make a decision on replacing our equipment. We recently had a small issue I contacted Precision and asked if Tim could make the service call which he did and of course fixed our small issue. I will always refer Precision. Tim knew exactly what the problem was when I told him what was happening to me gageage door. He advised me that pulleys and cables needed to be replaced and proceeded to do so. Grate work in a short time.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Precision. It was one of those rare occasions that all my expectations were exceeded. I called late on an evening expecting to get voice mail, instead I got a very friendly rep that made an appointment for the next morning. Technician called ahead of time to let me know at what time he will arrive, which he has right on time. He was thorough on his inspection and then explained what was wrong and my options for repair. Job was performed as we agreed and everything worked well when he was done. Price was reasonable (no feeling of him pushing unnecessary services). Brandon seemed knowledgeable and was very customer service oriented and proud to represent his company. Overall a great experience and Iâ??m happy to recommend then to anyone.
