We were also happy that he was able to fix our current door and did not suggest putting on a new one, which would have been much more costly The technician came and did the repair in one afternoon. The only reason we gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that the price did seem to be a little high for the repair, but we are happy with the work.

Tim was very professional and quick to explain the options and happy to start and finish the job. We did run into a snag but Tim was loyal to fixing the problem and never faltered in his resolution while maintaining his professionalism. Speedy response to a service call. Technician was very curteous, seemed knowledgable and replaced existing garage door opener. Convinced me that existing opener was at least 17 years old and replacing necessary parts might be close in cost to a new opener. Also informed me of safety issues and installed the new garage door opener in a very efficient manner.

I thought I needed a new garage door opener, but Chris found a relatively minor problem that he quickly corrected and then did a safety inspection. The cost was very reasonable and Chris was honest, professional, competent and pleasant to deal with. A rare combination these days. Our technician, Tim, did an excellent job explaining what caused our previous garage door openers to fail and thoroughly explained our options for replacements and needed repairs. Having fully stocked service vehicles worked out great as we were able to get both openers replaced and the doors repaired on the same day without the need to schedule a follow up appointment. Tim also saw to it that all of our remotes were successfully programmed before he left, providing over-all great service.
