Tim was there to replace a defective garage door remote opener. He then pointed out that the original system was over 10 years old and it was probably at the end of its life span....also the springs and rollers were aging. He explained the options and that a new system, while certainly a lot more expensive than I was prepared to spend for just a remote, was something to consider. He didn't pressure, but being in the home customer service business myself (windows and doors), I decided to change to a better system now rather than have to deal with such an expense in the future.

Our Garage Door springs, pulleys and cabels had been broken for a few weeks. I had noticed thePercision Door trucks driving thru the neighborhood and got a flyer in the Valpak from Percision Door and gave them a call for a quote. They came out, promptly, inspected the door, gave me estimates of all that needed repairs and worked with me to decide what I wanted done. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The crew Definetly met my expectations and would give them 5 stars. But would give the price 3 stars (to expensive for mechanical parts).

jeff came back the next day and spent time really scrutinizing the motor thus discovered the broken socket (thing). His determination and knowledge were really put to the test and he did a great job. Our garage door once again runs smoothly and efficiently. Jeff did not leave any garbage or wrappers. The extra effort to make sure no screws or clear wrappers are left on the floor is always appreciated as was Jeff's politeness.

The service I received fron Stuart in having my garage door rebuilt was outstanding. He arrived well within the scheduled time of the appointment and was able to repair/rebuild my door in a very expedient matter. Stuart should be acknowledged for his excellent customer service skills. The only comment I will make has nothing to do with Stuart, but has something to do with billing. I might be wrong, but I will say that I think that your pricing was a bit too high. As far as service is concerned, I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to my neighbors. However, I would also suggest to them to go out and competively bid for their work, which needs to be done.

Made appointment for Monday a.m. Someone called my wife and confirmed it for Monday afternoon. Technician called Monday a.m. to say he was on the way. Changed all rollers and door was working. Shortly after Stuart left, I opened and closed the door and a roller broke. Technician came back right away and replaced it. At this time, the door is working well.
