I AM SORRY TO HAVE TAKEN SO LONG TO GET BACK TO YOU. I HAD SURGERY AND WAS OUT OF IT FOR A DAY OR TWO. THE TECH WAS TERRIFIC. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM (ALL THAT NEEDED DONE WAS REPROGRAMMING THE REMOTE) AND WITHIN 7 MINUTES, IT WAS FIXED. HE WAS PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THANKS AGAIN.

What a refreshing experience! On the advice of Ron your service tech, I decided to go for the $599 repair package. He carefully explained the benefits and the 5 yr warranty. His work was impeccable, precise and performed with enthusiasm. He left my garage spotless and he left me very,very happy that I called PDSNJ. He even came back to install a $20 switch/light control and there was no service call labor charge. I would recommend you guys to all my friends. As a matter of fact, I’ve already spoken to one of the Board members of our community about the quality of your work. Thank You!!!

My experience was wonderful! ANthony and Dave called to say they were on their way and showed up within the time frame that your company had given me. They replaced my garage door opener. They were very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use your company again. Any repairs to my home are always very challenging because it is a 90 year old tudor style home. Anthony and Dave did what they had to do without complaining or whining about how hard the job is. They were great!

The service was performed as expected. The new garage door opener was installed together with appropriate hardware(pulleys, rollers, etc). The tech was there in timely manner. On the scale of 0 - 5 I would rate his service as 5.

Vincent rebuilt the hardware on our old door, as well as installing a new opener. He was personable and professional, and explained everything thoroughly. Everything seems to be working well, and no doubt it wasan upgrade long overdue.

Repared all parts for one garage door and installed new opener for the same door. Since the foreseen new motor did not fit, a upgraded version was installed at no cost, however it did not include the battery which typically comes with this motor since we paid the price of the less expensive model. We would of course have appreciated having the battery included at the price quoted which was unfortunately not possible and so we decided not having the battery. For such a big job (more than 1000 dollars) we felt that there should be more flexibility at the managers side (this was not a decision taken by the repairman) and the battery should have been kept in opener. The work seem to have been done very well and professionally.
