I was first attracted to Precision by your very professional,complete, and informative website. I had two replacement Liftmaster garage door openers installed on Friday, 4 December 2009 by Jeff Dela Cruz. Jeff arrived at the time promised and efficiently and professinaly removed the old units (40-year old Liftmasters) and installed the new units with the associated safety devices and laser parking assists. His workmanship was excellent, and he explained the new systems and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Precision and especially commend Jeff as an expert technician.

In answer to your email I would like to comment in the positive regarding the man that did the installation of my new garage door openers. Your repairman/installer was a fellow name "Dave". Dave arrived on Saturday November 14th and diagnosed my garage door problem. He gave me a good analysis and comparison of the cost & benefits of repairing my present door system verses replacing the door mechanism with a new Lift Master. After his presentation I choose to replace the door opener system. Dave went about his work in a congenial and efficient manner and also never created a doubt about his trustworthiness. Dave completed his work in a reasonable time. His was never intrusive. Dave answered all my questions regarding the door operations and left me with a feeling of confidence in the newly installed door mechanism. I would like to thank Dave for his fine work. Thank you.

Once they were finished, they made sure I was satifised with their work, asked if I had any questions,opened and closed the door a few times to make sure I saw it fuctioned propertly." Plus they did an excellent clean-up job......." I would refer and use your company again.Also the salesman that came,was professional, answered all my questions, and was understanding to what my goal was and my price range. The original estimate/invoice was for a $2400.00 job, but when the crew came to do the work they were able to figure out a different way to solve our problem for only $1200.00. I was very impressed by the willingness of the company and the crew to change the job so us to save us 50% of what we originally expected to pay. We are very satisfied with the result.

Tim was there to replace a defective garage door remote opener. He then pointed out that the original system was over 10 years old and it was probably at the end of its life span....also the springs and rollers were aging. He explained the options and that a new system, while certainly a lot more expensive than I was prepared to spend for just a remote, was something to consider. He didn't pressure, but being in the home customer service business myself (windows and doors), I decided to change to a better system now rather than have to deal with such an expense in the future.

Our Garage Door springs, pulleys and cabels had been broken for a few weeks. I had noticed thePercision Door trucks driving thru the neighborhood and got a flyer in the Valpak from Percision Door and gave them a call for a quote. They came out, promptly, inspected the door, gave me estimates of all that needed repairs and worked with me to decide what I wanted done. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The crew Definetly met my expectations and would give them 5 stars. But would give the price 3 stars (to expensive for mechanical parts).

jeff came back the next day and spent time really scrutinizing the motor thus discovered the broken socket (thing). His determination and knowledge were really put to the test and he did a great job.
