The service I received fron Stuart in having my garage door rebuilt was outstanding. He arrived well within the scheduled time of the appointment and was able to repair/rebuild my door in a very expedient matter. Stuart should be acknowledged for his excellent customer service skills. The only comment I will make has nothing to do with Stuart, but has something to do with billing. I might be wrong, but I will say that I think that your pricing was a bit too high. As far as service is concerned, I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to my neighbors. However, I would also suggest to them to go out and competively bid for their work, which needs to be done.

WE WERE BOTH IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THE GARAGE DOORS WERE INSTALLED ALL THE PARTS WERE INSTALLED VERY NEATLY . TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE AND PATIENT WITH OUR QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US WITHOUT MAKING US FEEL LIKE WE WERE ASKING TO MANY QUESTION.

Made appointment for Monday a.m. Someone called my wife and confirmed it for Monday afternoon. Technician called Monday a.m. to say he was on the way. Changed all rollers and door was working. Shortly after Stuart left, I opened and closed the door and a roller broke. Technician came back right away and replaced it. At this time, the door is working well.

Dave was a very pleasant, knowledgeable technician. He went over every option that was available to me, and explained everything in detail. He was fast, efficient, and when he was done he explained everything to me. He went out of his way to answer any questions I had. Five star treatment and five star results; Ben & Tim were 100% customer service oriented. On a Friday afternoon, they had every opportunity to bail.........but they hung tough and did the job professionally and to the script. It was a credit to Ben that if he couldn't diagnose the problem, he wasn't afraid to ask for assistance. He knew where to get the answers and easily handled all repairs and adjustments. Tim was just as beneficial in reapairing or making adjustments to a 3rd door while Ben attended to the other primary concerns. Both are great representativesof the company.
