I can see why your technician, Greg Mendell was assigned Vehicle #1. From the manner in which he handled the service call on my broken spring on my garage door, he must be your #1 technician. His work was absolutely exceptional. He was prompt, professional and very pleasant. He did an excellent job in a quick and efficient manner. If he is not already your "Employee of the Year", he should be. AND it is only April !! He is an outstanding representative of your Company. Kevin N came right on time and fixed the door in a few minutes. He had to put the roller back that came off track and did not charge us. I will tell everyone to use Precision. They also fixed my door in 2013. I will use them anytime.

First of all I want to thank your customer service Person ( Christina ) for helping me out with your product and also want to thank her for being so nice as to treat me with such kindness with your product. Also would like to tell you I upgraded to the Model 8550 Quite Motor and it is just working so very quite, and your tech Pete was very help full in explaining the qualities of the unit and is a very knowledge on your products. I would recommend your company to anyone. I am also referring a friend to your company from near by Rockland County NY. Rating 5 star. My experience was excellent overall with the job.

Our service was great! The installer Brian Scott (Passaic County) did a great job and was very professional. He explained everything in detail of what he was going to do. As he was installing the door he realized that he was missing a part. He was very apologetic about that and even went out of his way to go get the part that he needed. He was back within 20mins and continued installing the door. When he was all done he made sure that everything was clean and done properly. Brain even asked us to test the system 4 times just to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. I am very happy with the work and service that he provided us. Brian is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a door installed.

I've used precision for a number of things over the years and have always been completely satisfied. Wouldn't even consider another company at this point. So my garage door stopped opening and closing suddenly and when I called they were willing to have someone come here immediately. I was willing to wait a couple days so they gave me an 8AM to 12PM window. By 8:20AM, a very polite gentleman by the name of Rob Z. called and informed me that he was on his way and should be there in 20 minutes depending on traffic. 20 minutes later on the dot he pulls up, introduces himself and gets to work checking on the problem. 5 minutes later the problem is identified as a problem with the motor that can be fixed at about half the price of a new motor. He helped me with the decision to replace the motor based on the age of it and its life expectancy as well as how long I intended to live at my home going forward. He then went over the different motor options and again was very helpful in that decision as well. He had all the necessary equipment to replace the motor and gave me an estimate of 1.5 hours. An hour and 15 minutes later he helped me program the keypad outside, I paid for it very simply with a credit card, and I was done! So although this process was made very simple and was done in a timely fashion it just got even better a whole two weeks later! I actually inadvertently deprogrammed all remotes including the keypad outside. I downloaded the manual but was unsuccessful at reprogramming it. Remembering that he helped me program it, I reached out to him on a Friday night at dinnertime via email. Not expecting a response until Monday at the earliest, he responded 15 minutes later with instructions not even included with the manual! He had the exact code that I needed that I could not find after over an hour of research - on a Friday night! If that's not dedication to your job, I don't know what is! Thank you Rob for a great experience and I highly recommend you to all and hope Precision knows what a great employee you are! Thanks again!

This company provided professional and courteous service from beginning to end. It was fast and easy to schedule an appointment. The follow up email confirmed the appointment and sent me the name along with a picture of the technician who would be fixing my garage door. I am pleased to provide feedback on the services performed by Kevin Nix yesterday. Mr. Nix called about fifteen minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way and he arrived at the time expected. He quickly located the source of the malfunction and made the repair. I was so impressed and the time he took was so short, I had him add a convenience switch. He had to return to the company to pick up the parts, but returned and finished the job within an hour. He restored all items in the garage that he had to move to make the repair. He is an asset to your company.
