Kevin S. was wonderful. Leading up to the appointment he was extremely communicative and was even able to come early, which was great. During the appointment he thoroughly explained all of the options with me and was very clear and answered every question I had fully and without the slightest bit of irritation (and I asked a TON of questions). He was also extremely patient and did not come in with a typical pressuring sales approach. We ended up deciding to get all the hardware on both of our garage doors replaced and having a garage door opener installed. He was able to do all of it immediately following our decision to go ahead. I continued to ask him questions even while he worked and he was working and he answered everything fully and just as nicely as he had before. After he was ton he went over everything and was able to leave with me feeling extremely comfortable with the new system. I would absolutely recommend Kevin and Precision to anyone looking to make sure their hardware is safe and working properly and/or looking for garage openers. Very satisfied customer!!!

Kevin S. was my technician. He called to say he had one more job before mine, and then called again to say he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time in some pretty crappy weather. Went through the problems with my cables, pulleys and the fact that even though I had new springs, there were no safety cables in the springs. Glen, the technician, was great. He clearly described my options without trying to steer me to any particular one. He just gave me the facts about each and let me decide. After he did the work, installing a new motor, he patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was completely happy. He even made sure I was happy with the height of the open door and adjusted it for me. I didn't even know that was possible. Precision has been here a few times and I am always happy with them.
