The technician, Kevin, visited my house in the allotted time frame and called twice to let me know the approximate time he'd arrive. He quickly assessed the situation and provided a reasonable solution and time frame to install the new door opener. The price may be a little high for someone willing to do the work themselves, but I'm happy with the quick installation (under an hour) and I wasn't about to repair the system myself. As long as the opener lasts a while, I am completely happy with how everything went.

The initial phone contact was very professional. The technician (Rob Z) showed up within the prescribed window, very friendly and also professional. He proceeded to evaluate the problem and provided a clear explanation and of the evaluation, recommendation, and warranty. While I thought the cost was high, policy accommodations (coupons, discounts) were applied at my request. The work done was excellent and when Rob left, the door to was working like new, and to my complete satisfaction.

Luke and the other technician were both excellent nad derserve the highest rating. They called before they arrived and gave an estimate of when they would arrive, were prompt and actually arrived on time. Its rare in this day and age to open the door and meet a personable technician who actuall know what he is doing. Luke was very professional answered all my questions in a comprensive manner and defintely knew his products well. Just want to thank your technician Rich so much for calling me when he was on his way. He arrived within the time that he said he would be at my home. He fixed a minor problem with our wiring in less than 5 minutes. Was completely satisfied overall with the service. He was pleasant and explained everything that was wrong with the wiring.
