The initial phone contact was very professional. The technician (Rob Z) showed up within the prescribed window, very friendly and also professional. He proceeded to evaluate the problem and provided a clear explanation and of the evaluation, recommendation, and warranty. While I thought the cost was high, policy accommodations (coupons, discounts) were applied at my request. The work done was excellent and when Rob left, the door to was working like new, and to my complete satisfaction.

Luke and the other technician were both excellent nad derserve the highest rating. They called before they arrived and gave an estimate of when they would arrive, were prompt and actually arrived on time. Its rare in this day and age to open the door and meet a personable technician who actuall know what he is doing. Luke was very professional answered all my questions in a comprensive manner and defintely knew his products well. He was courteous, neat and thorough in making sure every thing worked smoothly before he left. I felt I was in good hands with Luke there to define the problem and solve it.

Just want to thank your technician Rich so much for calling me when he was on his way. He arrived within the time that he said he would be at my home. He fixed a minor problem with our wiring in less than 5 minutes. Was completely satisfied overall with the service. He was pleasant and explained everything that was wrong with the wiring. Recently, service was required on my garage door opener and was professionally repaired by Glenn Gualtieri. The wait time for service was not long and the repair(s) were done expeditiously. We needed a new garage door opener when our current one failed. Vincent D. was our tech. He explained what we needed and was friendly and professional. When we needed additional service a few weeks later (the door did not come down all the way) he came back to fix it. I have used this company twice, for 2 different garage doors. Both techs were knowledgable and friendly. I think they are a little pricey but they are reliable and prompt. Their product is grade A (Liftmaster ) and in this case you get what you pay for.
