Brian was extremely helpful in explaining all my options of repair vs. replace. He was honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. At one point I was not sure I was comfortable with the choice I was going to make and Brian saw that and patiently explained other options. I was so pleased. Amazing service. I highly recommend.

Kevin S. was my technician. He called to say he had one more job before mine, and then called again to say he was 30 minutes out. He arrived on time in some pretty crappy weather. Went through the problems with my cables, pulleys and the fact that even though I had new springs, there were no safety cables in the springs. He recommended some options and did a great job in repairing my door. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs a new door or a minor repair like mine. Thanks Kevin!!!

Glen, the technician, was great. He clearly described my options without trying to steer me to any particular one. He just gave me the facts about each and let me decide. After he did the work, installing a new motor, he patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was completely happy. He even made sure I was happy with the height of the open door and adjusted it for me. I didn't even know that was possible. Precision has been here a few times and I am always happy with them.
