Lou R called before he showed up. He was right on time. He surveyed the problem and informed me what was needed and how much each part was worth. He removed the broken parts and installed the new. He made sure the spring tension was perfect and everything worked well. Precision should be proud to have a person like Lou working for them.

Kevin was our service Tech. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable . He called 20 minutes before arrival to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. Once there, he assessed the needed repair and went to work. He had all necessary parts on his truck and replaced both springs in less than 30 minutes. Precision Garage Door is truly a professional organization and I would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Purchased an Angie's List deal for a tune up with roller replacement. I also had a pulley fail that was replaced at an extra cost. The service was excellent. My tech, Kevin Bond was very friendly and professional. Explained everything he was going to do and just got to work. He did a great job and came early in the appt window I was given. Chris Karnacewicz was my service technician. He was prompt and called me before he arrive which was 10 minutes before his scheduled four hour window arrival time. Christ is a very polite gentlemen who is highly qualified. He quickly examined the entire garage door mechanisms and determined exactly what needed to be done and explained what he was about to do and asked for my concurrence. As soon as he received my approval he retrieved his tools and parts from his well stocked truck and began his repairs without a moments hesitation. I would certainly give Chris five stars plus. Chris knew what he was doing from a technical perspective and from a customer relations perspective he was very respectful and polite. I would say that he is a great asset to your company. I will recommend your company based on the example and service bench mark Chris set on my service call.

Jason was great!!!! knowledgable, super nice and answered all my questions. Did a fantastic job installing my new doors and installing the openers I purchased before hand. It was a great pleasure working with Precision and would highly recomend them to anyone looking for service on existing doors or getting new ones installed. My new doors work flawlessly!!!!!
