We have been a long time customer of Precision and have been very happy with the service. The latest example is Tim who replaced our sensor/pad and the door is operational again. We also called Tim back on the same day to update/upgrade both our garage doors. We are looking forward to our new doors. Kyle showed up promptly, called to notify us that he was there (as we were out at the time), and in a few hours, had installed the garage door by himself (!). He disposed of the old garage door -- which was a heavy wooden one -- cleaned up well, called to notify us he was done, and barely left any trace that he was there. We're pleased with the experience and workmanship so far (after a few weeks), and hoping that this door lasts a long time. A job well done (...but ask me again in 6 months). ;-)

We had our garage doors installed by Precision in 2009. I called this morning to make an appointment to get our garage door spring fixed. They said they could come today between 12-4 and they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, which they did. The repair person who came was extremely polite, honest and professional!! He even let me know that some packages were delivered by the garage and he brought them in for me. He did an assessment of the problem and quickly came up with 3 estimates and I chose the option that was right for me and then he quickly did the work and our garage door is now working perfectly! I did not feel he was trying to get me to pay for extra work. He was very honest about the other door which he said was working very well and did not need anything. He also had an ipad type device where he could quickly price out the options and also take my credit card. Thank you!

Rob Z was exactly on time and immediately assessed the amount of work that needed to be performed and presented me with and estimated cost. He efficiently performed the required work and provided a solution to the unexpected problem with installing the new keypad. He verified that everything was working properly before he departed.
