We are repeat customers of Precision. Every time we have been completely satisfied with the service and the technician. Today we had a remote re-programmed and a check-up. The technician arrived promptly and completely explained all the services performed. Having experienced other repairs in my home, Precision excels (5 stars) in the service and the technicians employed. I would absolutely recommend Precision.

Your Tech was supposed to come between 12 P & 4 P. He called me around 10:20 AM to ask if he could come early & of course I said Yes!! It was George Miranda. He was so pleasant, polite & very knowledgeable about what he had to do & answering my questions. I am very, very pleased with him, and your company in general. I hope all of your people are as competent & pleasant as George. I surely will give you all 5 (Five) stars!!!

Very pleased once again with the service. They sent me the name and picture of the person who would be servicing my garage door. Glenn called letting me know he would be arriving shortly and sure enough, he was right on time. He assessed the problem and got right to work. Told me it would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete and he was right on the mark. Temperature was in the low 20’s and he did not let that affect his work . Would highly recommend Precision Door.

Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was wonderful. Jackson, the technician who came to perform the repair, was knowledgable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. Not only did Jackson take the time to explain the problem and what he was doing to correct it, he stayed until he was sure that the problem was fixed perfectly. From the initial phone call that I made to schedule the appointment to the actual work being done, everyone at Precision was courteous and friendly. We are very pleased with the service that was provided to us.

We have been a long time customer of Precision and have been very happy with the service. The latest example is Tim who replaced our sensor/pad and the door is operational again. We also called Tim back on the same day to update/upgrade both our garage doors. We are looking forward to our new doors. The reason we've stayed with Precision is the quality of the work and customer service.

Kyle showed up promptly, called to notify us that he was there (as we were out at the time), and in a few hours, had installed the garage door by himself (!). He disposed of the old garage door -- which was a heavy wooden one -- cleaned up well, called to notify us he was done, and barely left any trace that he was there. We're pleased with the experience and workmanship so far (after a few weeks), and hoping that this door lasts a long time. A job well done (...but ask me again in 6 months). ;-)

We had our garage doors installed by Precision in 2009. I called this morning to make an appointment to get our garage door spring fixed. They said they could come today between 12-4 and they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, which they did. The repair person who came was extremely polite, honest and professional!! He even let me know that some packages were delivered by the garage and he brought them in for me. He did an assessment of the problem and quickly came up with 3 estimates and I chose the option that was right for me and then he quickly did the work and our garage door is now working perfectly! I did not feel he was trying to get me to pay for extra work. He was very honest about the other door which he said was working very well and did not need anything. He also had an ipad type device where he could quickly price out the options and also take my credit card. Thank you!

Luke arrived ahead of scheduled time. He immediately accessed my door and showed me what he found. After quick discussion I decided to go with his recommendation of a total rebuild. He was quick and very neat as he worked. The finished product was exactly as he said it would be! Garage door moves smoothly and no longer makes noise!! I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service to anyone that asks me. I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks Luke!!
