My garage door motor broke this morning as I was trying to leave the house to start my work day. I called Precision because of the great reviews I read online. I was not disappointed. The service and work was amazing! Brian was my technician. Not only did he provide me with complete transparency around his arrival time, but he was able to surpass my expectations and arrive early! When he arrived, he was very professional, knowledgable, patient, and all around on top of his work. My door is fixed and the work he performed was detailed down to the last bolt and stud. I would recommend his company and his service to my coworkers and neighbors. I am thankful for the service level that was provided and pleased with the work.

I called around 10am and John was here by noon. He was very nice and we were very happy with his work. Our old opener was humming and had the new system installed. He checked the whole operation of the door to make sure there were no other issues. The one thing that he wasn't able to do was re code my car to open the garage door through no fault of trying. I tried, he tried but just couldn't get my car to match the code. I may call my car dealer to see if there is something else that might be interfering with the signal. It is a 14 yr old car after all. We would certainly recommend your company. Thanks again John

Technician did a great job in a big job our double garage door had to basically be rebuilt he showed up early was very thorough and after he was finished he came back later at night because he didn't like the way the doors were aligined I would definitely recommend ur company to anyone

Definitely 5 stars. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called to repair my garage door that was no longer opening and closing properly. My Tech John D was terrific. He called me to let me know when he would arrive and was right on time. He inspected my door, and made his recommendations without pushing anything extra. Lou came, saw, and conquered the garage door. Replaced the spring, safety cables, and other moving parts of the garage door. He was polite, quick, and honest. Told me that the LED light bulbs can affect the frequency between the garage door opener and the garage door motor and that I should replace them with regular light bulbs. Will be contacting Precision Door Service for future garage door needs!
