I saw a door being put in and started asking questions. Mathew took my # and called a short time after. Someone would come by in less than an hour, he did and measured. I signed the contract. When the door was put in, it looked great. Clean up was perfect. Everyone was so accomadating. Thanks for the great job. You have great people working for your business.

I called to have my broken garage door spring and cable replaced. I received service within several hours. The repair person called to let me know when he would be there and then called again when he was on the way to my home. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Precision was so easy to deal with. I would use them again.

Excellent Service!! I chose Precision door service by the ratings I saw on the internet. I was a bit worried choosing a company via internet ratings, but I went forward & scheduled a service appointment. This was the best decision I’ve made. This company is great! My technician Rob was awesome. He did a thorough inspection of my garage door & fixed the problem I was having. Now my garage door is working perfectly. Thanks Rob, you are the best! If there were more stars for this rating I would give it to them in a heartbeat.

Main coil snapped and needed emergency service. Precision got me on the schedule right away. Within a couple of hours of my call, the door was fixed and operating again. Matt Dewald was terrific, very knowledgeable and professional in all respects. Great experience and highly recommended.

My service man Luigi called ahead, came 25 minutes later, explained everything that needed to be done in detail on two doors that needed repair. He was couteous, answered any questions that I had and did a Great job! I liked the fact that they told you who the service man was going to be & I could look up his picture on their website & the write up on him! I called Precision late Tuesday afternoon to try and schedule a repair for my garage door. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that a service technician could be at my house the next day between noon and four o'clock. True to their word, Brian arrived at approximately one o'clock and started to work on the door after asking what happened and checking out the situation. One spring was broken. Brian mentioned that the best thing would be to replace both springs to avoid another service call. Brian also checked with his office to see when the garage door was installed and what info they had. They had it all, the hardware was covered by a lifetime guaranty. Luckily for us, when we received our mail we found a coupon from Precision which they honored so the repair was done for no charge. Brian is a fine young man. Very courteous and he explained everything that he did. When I asked him if it was advisable for me to change the belt on the electric door opener he explained that it wasn't necessary as these belts could last years. Overall I am VERY Pleased with Precision and with Brian. I would definitely recommend . Both get five stars. Than kyou

My garage door motor broke this morning as I was trying to leave the house to start my work day. I called Precision because of the great reviews I read online. I was not disappointed. The service and work was amazing! Brian was my technician. Not only did he provide me with complete transparency around his arrival time, but he was able to surpass my expectations and arrive early! When he arrived, he was very professional, knowledgable, patient, and all around on top of his work. My door is fixed and the work he performed was detailed down to the last bolt and stud. I would recommend his company and his service to my coworkers and neighbors. I am thankful for the service level that was provided and pleased with the work.

I called around 10am and John was here by noon. He was very nice and we were very happy with his work. Our old opener was humming and had the new system installed. He checked the whole operation of the door to make sure there were no other issues. The one thing that he wasn't able to do was re code my car to open the garage door through no fault of trying. I tried, he tried but just couldn't get my car to match the code. I may call my car dealer to see if there is something else that might be interfering with the signal. It is a 14 yr old car after all. We would certainly recommend your company. Thanks again John
