Before he left he explained everything and made sure that all the doors were programmed.. With my new WLED units my garage is now one of the best lit rooms in my house..

Chris and his trainee did a great job replacing the springs, pulleys, cables and rollers. They inspected the garage door opener too. It was more than I wanted to spend but it was worth it. The door is much quieter even though it is chain driven. I will definitely contact Precision when I need a new opener or door.

I just had 3 LIFT-MASTER 8550W DC BELT DRIVE OPENER WITH BATTERY BACKUPS installed by TIM, and let me tell you , Tim is the best at what he does, the customer service he provided was definitely top notch. I had a rather complicated opener install as I was going from a standard opener to a side mounted style, and having the tracks and door raised as well. Jared and his partner did an amazing job to make sure the door was as close as possible to the ceiling to give me maximum space for my lift. There were lots of small issues with doing this type of retrofit on an older house that has seen at least two other garage door setups, but Precision made sure that they solved every last one. Great job guys!

Technician came at 4pm,locked his keys in the truck. He notified his boss Brandon immediately. 3hrs later, someone showed up to open the door. This was 3hrs of my time that I did not have. Eric was wonderful, apologetic.It was like the office didn't care that their employee was in my house for 3hrs.I couldn't leave,the truck was in the driveway,and it was pouring rain. Once the locksmith came, the job was done in less than an hour. It was almost 8pm when he left. This is unacceptable. You need to have a contingency plan, an extra set of keys for the trucks might do it. Would have saved you a lot of time and $on everyone's part. NOT The Techs fault. Happens, follow up very poor.
