Luke arrived ahead of scheduled time. He immediately accessed my door and showed me what he found. After quick discussion I decided to go with his recommendation of a total rebuild. I requested a general service call and to have a keypad replaced. Rob Z was exactly on time and immediately assessed the amount of work that needed to be performed and presented me with and estimated cost. He efficiently performed the required work and provided a solution to the unexpected problem with installing the new keypad. He verified that everything was working properly before he departed. Precision will always be my first call for garage door problems.
