Definitely 5 stars. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called to repair my garage door that was no longer opening and closing properly. My Tech John D was terrific. He called me to let me know when he would arrive and was right on time. He inspected my door, and made his recommendations without pushing anything extra. John was pleasant and professional, explained everything he was going to do in detail and completed the job quickly. I am very pleased with my service and would recommended Precyto anyone.

Lou came, saw, and conquered the garage door. Replaced the spring, safety cables, and other moving parts of the garage door. He was polite, quick, and honest. Told me that the LED light bulbs can affect the frequency between the garage door opener and the garage door motor and that I should replace them with regular light bulbs. Will be contacting Precision Door Service for future garage door needs!

Very pleased once again with the service. They sent me the name and picture of the person who would be servicing my garage door. Glenn called letting me know he would be arriving shortly and sure enough, he was right on time. He assessed the problem and got right to work. Told me it would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete and he was right on the mark. Temperature was in the low 20’s and he did not let that affect his work . Would highly recommend Precision Door.

Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was wonderful. Jackson, the technician who came to perform the repair, was knowledgable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. Not only did Jackson take the time to explain the problem and what he was doing to correct it, he stayed until he was sure that the problem was fixed perfectly. Technician did a great job in a big job our double garage door had to basically be rebuilt he showed up early was very thorough and after he was finished he came back later at night because he didn't like the way the doors were aligined I would definitely recommend ur company to anyone
