Technician Jonathan quickly identified the door's closing problem and did great job replacing my old motor unit with a new one. He was also extremely helpful with setting our cars' openers with new codes, etc. I have to say that Precision exceeded my expectations for fixing my garage door problem.

The technician listened carefully as I explained the problem. He advised me of the remedy and explained the cost. Also explained that for a little additional $$$ he could check while system since he was already here for service call and thus I wouldn’t incur another service call to have entire system checked. I said yes to check whole system, which he did, and remedied situations before they became problems. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant. Very skilled. Great customer experience. I will always use Precision and will recommend Precision to others.
