The service received was excellent. They called when they were on their way. They assessed what need to be done and explained everything that they would be doing before they began. Work was done in a timely manner and they were very professional. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Lou came, saw, and conquered the garage door. Replaced the spring, safety cables, and other moving parts of the garage door. He was polite, quick, and honest. Told me that the LED light bulbs can affect the frequency between the garage door opener and the garage door motor and that I should replace them with regular light bulbs. Will be contacting Precision Door Service for future garage door needs!

Your Tech was supposed to come between 12 P & 4 P. He called me around 10:20 AM to ask if he could come early & of course I said Yes!! It was George Miranda. He was so pleasant, polite & very knowledgeable about what he had to do & answering my questions. I am very, very pleased with him, and your company in general. Very pleased once again with the service. They sent me the name and picture of the person who would be servicing my garage door. Glenn called letting me know he would be arriving shortly and sure enough, he was right on time. He assessed the problem and got right to work. Told me it would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete and he was right on the mark. Temperature was in the low 20’s and he did not let that affect his work . Would highly recommend Precision Door.

Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was wonderful. Jackson, the technician who came to perform the repair, was knowledgable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. Not only did Jackson take the time to explain the problem and what he was doing to correct it, he stayed until he was sure that the problem was fixed perfectly. From the initial phone call that I made to schedule the appointment to the actual work being done, everyone at Precision was courteous and friendly. We are very pleased with the service that was provided to us.

We have been a long time customer of Precision and have been very happy with the service. The latest example is Tim who replaced our sensor/pad and the door is operational again. We also called Tim back on the same day to update/upgrade both our garage doors. We are looking forward to our new doors. Kyle showed up promptly, called to notify us that he was there (as we were out at the time), and in a few hours, had installed the garage door by himself (!). He disposed of the old garage door -- which was a heavy wooden one -- cleaned up well, called to notify us he was done, and barely left any trace that he was there. We're pleased with the experience and workmanship so far (after a few weeks), and hoping that this door lasts a long time. A job well done (...but ask me again in 6 months). ;-)

We had our garage doors installed by Precision in 2009. I called this morning to make an appointment to get our garage door spring fixed. They said they could come today between 12-4 and they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, which they did. The repair person who came was extremely polite, honest and professional!! He even let me know that some packages were delivered by the garage and he brought them in for me. He did an assessment of the problem and quickly came up with 3 estimates and I chose the option that was right for me and then he quickly did the work and our garage door is now working perfectly! I did not feel he was trying to get me to pay for extra work. He was very honest about the other door which he said was working very well and did not need anything. He also had an ipad type device where he could quickly price out the options and also take my credit card. Thank you!
