Technician Jonathan quickly identified the door's closing problem and did great job replacing my old motor unit with a new one. He was also extremely helpful with setting our cars' openers with new codes, etc. I have to say that Precision exceeded my expectations for fixing my garage door problem.

Also explained that for a little additional $$$ he could check while system since he was already here for service call and thus I wouldn’t incur another service call to have entire system checked.
