Chris and his trainee did a great job replacing the springs, pulleys, cables and rollers. They inspected the garage door opener too. It was more than I wanted to spend but it was worth it. The door is much quieter even though it is chain driven. I will definitely contact Precision when I need a new opener or door.

Excellent service. I've never had any company come and fix something in my home so quickly! Service tech Chris installed 2 new belt drive door openers in a blink of an eye. Very friendly and courteous. Very happy with the work done. I would totally use them again.

I just had 3 LIFT-MASTER 8550W DC BELT DRIVE OPENER WITH BATTERY BACKUPS installed by TIM, and let me tell you , Tim is the best at what he does, the customer service he provided was definitely top notch. Very punctual and very clean work. I would recommend precision door to everyone. If you chose to get work done...please ask for Tim!! Great work!!!

I had a rather complicated opener install as I was going from a standard opener to a side mounted style, and having the tracks and door raised as well. Jared and his partner did an amazing job to make sure the door was as close as possible to the ceiling to give me maximum space for my lift. There were lots of small issues with doing this type of retrofit on an older house that has seen at least two other garage door setups, but Precision made sure that they solved every last one. Great job guys!

Technician came at 4pm,locked his keys in the truck. He notified his boss Brandon immediately. 3hrs later, someone showed up to open the door. This was 3hrs of my time that I did not have. Eric was wonderful, apologetic.It was like the office didn't care that their employee was in my house for 3hrs.I couldn't leave,the truck was in the driveway,and it was pouring rain. Once the locksmith came, the job was done in less than an hour. It was almost 8pm when he left. This is unacceptable. You need to have a contingency plan, an extra set of keys for the trucks might do it. Would have saved you a lot of time and $on everyone's part. NOT The Techs fault. Happens, follow up very poor.

I saw a door being put in and started asking questions. Mathew took my # and called a short time after. Someone would come by in less than an hour, he did and measured. I signed the contract. I called to have my broken garage door spring and cable replaced. I received service within several hours. The repair person called to let me know when he would be there and then called again when he was on the way to my home. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Precision was so easy to deal with. I would use them again.

Excellent Service!! I chose Precision door service by the ratings I saw on the internet. I was a bit worried choosing a company via internet ratings, but I went forward & scheduled a service appointment. This was the best decision I’ve made. This company is great! My technician Rob was awesome. He did a thorough inspection of my garage door & fixed the problem I was having. Now my garage door is working perfectly. Thanks Rob, you are the best! Main coil snapped and needed emergency service. Precision got me on the schedule right away. Within a couple of hours of my call, the door was fixed and operating again. Matt Dewald was terrific, very knowledgeable and professional in all respects. Great experience and highly recommended.

What an awesome experience.. Chris was great, he went the extra mile to find the openers i wanted and installed them the same day.. Before he left he explained everything and made sure that all the doors were programmed.. With my new WLED units my garage is now one of the best lit rooms in my house..
