I initially had my garage door opener (Craftsman) replaced about 18 months ago with your Liftmaster. I have been having recurring problems with broken springs, rollers, etc. Yesterday, one side broke again and I could not open the door. One of the main reasons I chose your company initially was that you offer 24/7 service. Brian S. arrived at my home within a couple of hours and replaced all the parts that were not provided by you when the Liftmaster was installed. I would certainly rate Brian a ***** technician - knowledgeable, capable and pleasant!

Since I was at work 12 miles away, Dave called me from his prior location and he arrived promptly when he said he would. He checked out my problem, made recommendations, suggested alternatives and we then agreed upon the services to be performed. He was very professional, pleasant and competent. I am very pleased with the work he performed (and on a really cold day). I used this company 10 years ago - and that is why I called upon them again. I will recommend them to others.

New door installed as part of total replacement for all the townhouses in High Mountain Village.Obviously, with only one day using the new door, it operates very well. I am very pleased with the appearance, as it improves the overall look of the townhouse. The installation by the Techs is very professional and at this point meets all expectations. Your people were proficient, and am satisfied with work performed.

Let me begin by complimenting your tech Anthony P. He offered me a few solutions to fix a problem that another garage door company failed to repair. Then, his repair work was neat and clean and offered a perfect solution to my problem all without replacing the entire garage door. I would certainly recommend your company based on my experience today...and kudos to your concern about customer service!
