Then, his repair work was neat and clean and offered a perfect solution to my problem all without replacing the entire garage door. Ben did an excellent job in replacing the hardware on all 3 of our garage doors. He was extremely knowledgeable in explaining my options without pushing me in one direction or another. I would definitely recommend Precision. My husband and I are very satisfied and the installation was efficient and it was a very pleasant experience.

I called in the evening and the technician came the next morning as requested. He explained what work was required, gave me fair pricing, and told me how long it would take. He repaired my garage door immediately and it took no longer than he said it would. He acted in a professional and courteous manner. I couldn't ask for more.

Our garage door had a broken spring and considering the size of the door decided to convert it to a torsion spring system. I bid the job with Precision and a competitor and while both had great ratings I went with Precision as the pricing was the same and Precision identified the rollers should be replaced on the door. They did a great job and the garage door is working fine. Thanks again. I do recommend bidding the job out to different contractors for comparison.

In addition to having a new garage door opener installed, I also had some repairs done to the garage door. Anthony and his partner were very professional and did a great job.
