Greatly appreciated the ability to book my appointment date and time online. My technician, Kevin, was excellent. He called in advance to let me know his arrival time and provided me with a full evaluation of my opener and doors in a friendly and professional manner. He replaced my opener, springs and rollers in just over an hour and now the doors barely make a noise which can be heard within the house. Further, it allowed me to work inside without issue. I will absolutely use Precision for my future door needs and I will request Kevin as my technician each time. I would encourage anyone to do the same.

Your company is definitely a 10 star company! You are so organized, polite and Your staff have excellent people and work skills. We had Brian Scott and Will Gonzales come on a Saturday morning to change our 15 yr old garage doors. They were very prompt and finished the work in time. They are clean, polite and very knowledgeable workers and also speaks very highly of their company especially their boss. Thank you for doing an excellent job and putting smiles on our faces! We have been asked by our neighbors and family members where or who did garage doors and highly recommended you guys! Thank you again! God bless! Keep it up!

I want to rate 5 stars (each) to Kevin and Tommy today for tackling a super tough job - getting my garage door open!! I had an old (30 yrs) garage door opener and 1 bad remote that decided to quit. I called Precision on a Saturday evening and I was booked with an appt for Tuesday (that was perfect!) The auto text msg feature confirming my and reminding me of who was coming was great! Kevin called to let me know he was on his way (which was nice). Within 15-20 min after, he and Tommy showed up, and then I had to deliver scary news - no other way to get into the garage!! They made phone calls and tried to pair a new remote to my opener, but nothing worked. It was a dire situation and not looking good. I was willing to let them cut the door and dismantle it, and I went into the house while they continued to work the problem. Approximately 5 minutes later, I heard a noise and saw that they had opened the door! Ahhhh!! So happy!!! The door was not damaged either! I immediately gave them permission to install a new garage door opener and it is gorgeous and working! I cannot say enough how much I appreciate these guys - they are top notch, professional (and strong too!!) Thank you - thank you - thank you again!!!
