To Precision Overhead Garage Door: I was very happy with the service I received from you on June 22nd, 2020. Matthew DeWald was very professional in every aspect. He looked at my existing door and clearly explained to me in a few short minutes what the problem was and that my door could be repaired because he had all of the necessary parts on his truck to do the job on that very same day. Matthew knew exactly what he was doing and he had all of the tools and equipment to do the job. My garage door has never been easier to open and close in the 30 years that I have been living at this address. Matthew was excellent and I would easily recommend him to any customer. Clearly, he is well trained and was courteous during the entire time. Thank you. Phil Polchinski

We have an older, heavy (400lb) 2-car garage door. We had it serviced a few years ago by someone else but it still made a lot of noise and didn't run smoothly. So after reading quite a few reviews we decided to call Precision...and we're so glad we did. Tommy came out, all masked up, and inspected everything and showed us where the cables were off track and showed us how out of balance the door was. He set to work replacing all the hardware (cables, rollers, springs) and a few hours later we had a well balanced smoothly running garage door. And the final price was even lower than his initial estimate! Excellent service. Highly recommend them.
Thank you so much for leaving such a wonderful review, Kevin! Reviews like this help homeowners (like you) find Precision Garage Door and know we're a name you can trust! We know the headache a noisy garage door can cause so we're glad Tommy was able to help solve that issue for you! Thank you for choosing Precision!

Your technician, Matthew Dewald called ahead of time and was to our house promptly. He was courteous at all times and installed the new device quickly. He then took the time to explain all the functions of the new device. Rested assured that both my wife and I were totally satisfied with the service and the product and we will be recommending your company as a reliable company.
Thanks for the review, John! By ensuring our technicians arrive on time, they can spend the necessary amount of time to service your garage door opener and explain its functions and features. You'll know how to use your new opener to maximize its potential! We rely on satisfied customers to recommend us, so we appreciate you spreading the word that Precision Garage Door is a name you can trust!

The technician was extremely concerned after several inspections of my garage door indicated that repair was not a consideration. The area was examined several times for possibilities to correct the problem, but the recommendation remained unchanged.

Wilmer Bucardo responded to a request for servicing a problematic plastic shield that wouldn't close securely. He arrived right on time, brought with him the correct replacement part, was perfectly polite and professional and met all of the COVID procedures. He not only replaced the part but also gave me a good tip on how to close the shield going forward.

Excellent job performed by Brian. Very appreciative of his efforts in the COVID 19 environment, i.e. mask, gloves, sanitizing everything, etc. Also in his explaining the various options available to me regarding the repair.

Your company is nothing short of excellent. Kevin Stasiak did a wonderful job and explained everything to me. I have never had any issues with any of your service repair teams that have come out previously. Additionally, your emails explaining your service are absolutely the best. They are informative and provide me with up-to-date information when the technicians are to arrive. I could ask for nothing nothing better. Thank you.
