Our technician John Delpiu was fabulous (and it's RARE that I give rave reviews)! We opted for the garage door opener repair, rather than replacing the motor (which would have cost us twice the amount); John was very professional while being personable (though not at all too chatty); He was very frank about our options and I liked the fact that he did not PUSH to sell us the (much more costly) new motor. It is RARE that I encounter such great service people in today's day and age!!! Give that man a pay-raise! : )

Rob came to fix garage door today. When he gave me the first quote I said I couldn't afford that price and he worked with me to show different plans. Rob and his trainee installed new parts on door and all is well. Rob was very professional and courteous. Work done very quickly. Thank you Rob.

The call to Precision Garage for service was handled by a professional staff member. The appointment was quick to secure and the technician name Luke was great in his knowledge of the company products. He was not pushy. He laid out your options patiencely waiting for you to make the decision BEST for you doing the service call. His work performance in completing the task at hand, New rollers, springs etc were well done. I did initially, purchase my door from Precision Garage and their service was, also great.

I was feeling trapped because, no matter what I did, the garage door stayed shut. Called Precision because I had used the company in 1916 and was impressed by the quality of service and the technician. Today, I am of the same opinion. Chris is well informed and has a reassuring manner.. You remain at the top of my list for all manner of things pertaining to garage doors. thank You.
