Josh was the technician sent out to my house. I could not get my garage door closed. Within a few min. he had the door closed and was extremely knowledgeable with any question I had about my door. The call to Precision Garage for service was handled by a professional staff member. The appointment was quick to secure and the technician name Luke was great in his knowledge of the company products. He was not pushy. He laid out your options patiencely waiting for you to make the decision BEST for you doing the service call. His work performance in completing the task at hand, New rollers, springs etc were well done. I did initially, purchase my door from Precision Garage and their service was, also great.

I'm still in the process of colecting several more quotes and should make final decision either by the end of this week or earlier next week on whom gets to replace my garage door.
