Garage door was not working. I called Precision and within minutes received a text confirmation of my appointment for the same day, then a text giving me the name and photo of my technician. Kevin and trainee (Phil) called to say they would arrive in fifteen minutes. My problem was diagnosed and repaired (new springs, new rollers, etc) in less than 45 minutes. Kevin and Phil were polite and thoroughly explained all options in a way that I could understand. Kevin also had to listen to my frustration with another garage service that had wasted three weeks of my time, scheduling appointments for which they didn’t show, etc, and he even apologized for THEM that I had gone through so much bad service! I highly recommend Precision!

Your technician showed up on time and he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He performed a very thorough inspection of my garage door, shot pictures of several parts and once finished he clearly explained to me the different options I had to fix the problem. Then he did his job in a methodical, detailed manner and left everything behind him just impeccable. Our technician John Delpiu was fabulous (and it's RARE that I give rave reviews)! We opted for the garage door opener repair, rather than replacing the motor (which would have cost us twice the amount); John was very professional while being personable (though not at all too chatty); He was very frank about our options and I liked the fact that he did not PUSH to sell us the (much more costly) new motor. It is RARE that I encounter such great service people in today's day and age!!! Give that man a pay-raise! : )

The call to Precision Garage for service was handled by a professional staff member. The appointment was quick to secure and the technician name Luke was great in his knowledge of the company products. He was not pushy. He laid out your options patiencely waiting for you to make the decision BEST for you doing the service call. His work performance in completing the task at hand, New rollers, springs etc were well done. I did initially, purchase my door from Precision Garage and their service was, also great.
