Very nice experience. The technician is: 1. Friendly, make me feel he’s someone I can trust 2. Professional, he knows what he’s doing 3. Clear, explains what happened, what needs to be done I wish I could give him a 5 star plus. The reason: I had a 4 hour window in which I had to pick up a child from school in the middle. The technican called me at the beginning of the window to narrow down the window to a smaller one and called me again 30min prior to his arrival. Also I want to thank Lindsay who picked up my phone this morning. She gave me a same day appointment that I really needed. This is the 2nd time I used Precision’s service within 4 years. I wish I wouldn’t need your service in the future, but in reality I know I have to save your number so that I can get the right people when I need help.

I have used Precision Door Service previously and they always show up on time and do a professional job. I had a tech named Lou Rowek who really helped me understand the problems with my garage doors and he had a trainee Matt who was very intelligent as well. They worked together as a team and were very knowledgeable and had me test everything before they left. You just had the feeling of professionalism from the moment they arrived which is the service and support I am used to from Precision Door Service. I would highly recommend Precision when you have garage door issues. Ask for Lou or Matt and you will be happy you did if you can wait for their availability.

Chris called in the morning and said he would be coming at a certain time (within the allotted window). He came with his trainee on time. Both Chris and his trainee were very friendly. Listened to my requirements patiently. Chris immediately figured the problem. Went on to complete the job within 20 minutes. Explained the problem and fix he has made. No charge since it is covered under warranty. I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to my friends if we have people like Chris.
