We love our garage door purchased a few years ago. The installation was perfect. This door exceeds any door that we've ever had before this door.The panels fit perfectly...no gaps or spaces for cold air to get in. It always rides up in a perfect manner...not too fast or too slow, and never a hesitation or uneven pattern. As a matter of fact, when I step down from the house to enter into the garage, I remark to my husband ..."I love this door and I love the light it gives to the garage."

Luke was my Technician for my garage door rebuild. Of course I didn't know what was actually needed to get my door in shape. Luke explained and demonstrated the issues with my door. I at no time felt that he was "up selling" or anything like that. My door went from being a loud, heavy two-handed load to a one hand operation if I so desire. The door is quiet and does not go slamming to the ground as it did prior to Luke's work. Luke called prior to arrival with his ETA. He was on time, very nice and respectful. I tend to have questions and like to see what is actually being done. He was very open to explaining what was going on with my door and what needed to be done. I was very comfortable with him and didn't feel the need to check on him. He left the area as he found it. I will without a doubt use this company again.

I requested a service call only to diagnose an issue we were having with a "noisy" garage door without any actual malfunction. Your service tech, Robert Zuniga, was excellent. He was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the issue and provided recommendations for repairs and options if we decide to make any repairs. I contacted Precision on Saturday evening when our electric garage door opener completely stopped working. I was able to arrange for an appointment on Monday afternoon. Kevin called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived with all necessary parts needed for our repair on his truck. Kevin provided product information, and fully explained all the issues related to the problems with our garage. He evaluated our problem very quickly, and was able to complete the repair in less than one hour. I was very impressed with his professional, patient, and knowledgeable explanation of our garage door issues. We needed to replace all rollers, cables, and springs. Our garage door now works like new! Every step of our experience with Precision, from our call to make an appointment, to a very positive experience with Kevin, and follow up with emails asking if we were satisfied with the work completed led us to offer this excellent recommendation for this company. I would highly recommended Precision!
