Chris K. was very professional and explained very clearly what had to be done to fix the problem with my garage door. I needed new rollers, operating cables, safety cables. new cast iron pulleys and springs. He did the job quickly and correctly. Chris explained all the new parts he installed. I received a call from him approx. 45 minutes before he arrived. I certainly would recommend Precision Doors to anyone with garage door problems. Certainly I would use them again if I needed any more work done. Chris was wonderful and very friendly.

As always, the service I received from Precision was outstanding. I was able to make an appointment for the next day and the service rep Kevin was punctual, friendly and professional. The problem was resolved quickly and the fees were explained prior to the service call and after repairs were done. Precision is a wonderful company to deal with for Garage door services and I will continue to use them.

Tech was quick and installed a new light bulb without asking. Also the supervisor waved the service charge since they were here 5 weeks ago to replace the other door opener battery. A pleasure to do business with such a Great company. Thank you , Bob

Precision put up my garage door opener in 2009 & had to replace th battery in 2011 & today. There customer service is exceptional.. They are courteous & call before the appt & if they're running late . They accept coupons & AAA discounts too. I would highly recommend them.

I want to commend Eric for the outstanding work he did on my garage door. Eric is a fine young man, very professional, courteous & well mannered. Precision should feel very proud to have Eric as a member of their team. The only complaint I have that Eric is a Dallas fan but he can be forgiven as he also supports the NY Mets.

Tim did a great job fixing my door - I had a broken spring, but since it was clear the other one was going to fail soon, I opted to have the door essentially overhauled. Now I basically have a new door and the benefit of a lifetime warranty. Tim really knows his business and really enjoys what he does. I called at 7 a.m., and I can't believe I had everything fixed by 1 p.m.

Precision Doors primary business is garage door service and installation but ultimately they are in the customer service business and the way they conduct themselves proves this. My appointment was set for 8-12. At 8:22 AM, Pete (the technician) called me to let me know he was on his way and would be here by 9. He arrived on time, explained every aspect of the repair and allowed me to inspect the work before he left. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to my friends and family.
