The service was exceptional. We were unable to open our door after a cable snapped and the door was out of alignment. We got an appointment for same day service & Lou Rowek was able to come out hours before our scheduled time. Lou thoroughly explained the problem, the parts that would need to be replaced and the price before starting any work. He fixed the door in very little time. He was professional, curteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. We have used this company on several occasions and always been pleased with the service.

The technicians arrived on time. explained what and how they were going to install the door. They dismantled the old door in minutes so I was able to get my car out, they did an excellent job and removed all the debri I would recommend

The customer service rep. Rick Coleman was friendly, knowlegeable and professional. He showed us different style doors and windows to choose from. Outlined the all steel door with insulation/ warranty etc. Called the to office to be sure we could have a mail slot installed. He worked up an estimate that I accepted. Then said the door could be installed in two days! What a great job. I would recommend Rick and Precision Door again.

I was impressed that the website had pictures and bios of all the technicians. When Brian H arrived he was very friendly and knowledgable.He knew exactly what had to be done to accomplish the repair. He also answered all my questions. He replaced springs, pulleys etc and now the garage door opens with ease. I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism of the service technician. I would use the service again, but that won't be any time soon because of the job well done!

Customer Service was excellent - from the initial call to the finished job. Brian B was courteous, knowledgable, and professional. The work was performed as described and agreed - very happy with it. The only reason I scored them a 4star instead of 5 is because of price. The job was a repair and I thought it should have been less, but I had no time to research, compare or shop. If I were installing all new I would definitely go with this company - they know what they are doing and are worth it; for repairs, expect to pay top dollar and have a very pleasant experience.

Chris K. was very professional and explained very clearly what had to be done to fix the problem with my garage door. I needed new rollers, operating cables, safety cables. new cast iron pulleys and springs. He did the job quickly and correctly. Chris explained all the new parts he installed. I received a call from him approx. 45 minutes before he arrived. I certainly would recommend Precision Doors to anyone with garage door problems. Certainly I would use them again if I needed any more work done. Chris was wonderful and very friendly.

Precision put up my garage door opener in 2009 & had to replace th battery in 2011 & today. There customer service is exceptional.. They are courteous & call before the appt & if they're running late . They accept coupons & AAA discounts too. I would highly recommend them.
