Having used PDSNJ five years ago when I had my garage door rebuilt [springs, pulleys, etc], there was no doubt in my mind as to who I would call when my garage door opener failed... I am, yet again, very impressed... Wow, less than five hours passed from call to installation completion! Both the office rep with whom I spoke and the technician--Kevin--were extremely professional... Kevin arrived as promised, well versed in explaining my options, was diligent and skillful in completing the work [no muss; no fuss], and made sure that I understood operation of the new opener before concluding his visit... Kevin is a credit to PDSNJ... And PDSNJ provides customer service at the highest level; that's as it should always be... Highly satisfied; highly recommend!
