My garage door was inoperable due to cable snapping and broken spring. Gaetano arrived punctually and advised that the spring and cable needed replacing. He went through a multi-point analysis and determined that my rollers were plastic and also that my other door would soon be at risk of the same breakage I experienced with my broken door. The secretary who answered my phone call was polite and efficient. She immediately sent out an email and the email included the name and picture of the technician coming to my home. On the scheduled day we had a snow storm and I was not able to be home. The technician called my cell to say he was on his way and I told him I was not home. He rescheduled the appointment for me and called my cell to confirm day and time. Scott, the technician who did fix the garage door was on time (called ahead to say he would be arriving in 15 minutes). He was knowledgeable and went over all aspects of the job in detail and showed me the cable that was frayed, the steel that was rusty, etc. He completed the job in one hour which is what he said it would take before he even started the job. He helped move some of the garage "stuff" that would be in his way while working and helped put it back. He cleaned up whatever mess he made. He said I would be receiving an email within 10 minutes after he left and I did. I highly recommend this company for their polite way of dealing with customers, their efficient emails and on time appointments. And, oh yes, the garage door works!

My garage door did not close properly, it went up and down frequently when we needed to close it by remote control. I called up the company in the morning around 9:30am and Mr. Brian B arrived at around 11:30am, much sooner than I expected. Mr. B is very skillful and professional. He found out the issues right away after he examined the door and the control system, and explained the issues to me clearly. Everything got fixed within half an hour. Mr. B also offered me some extra knowledge about the door. I would recommend Mr. Brian B to anyone who needs help with garage door.

When I searched online for someone to repair my door (it had frozen and then come off the safety release pull), I found that my next door neighbors (who always do their research!) used Precision and highly recommended them. Now I have to agree, it is good to know they send people who have been thoroughly vetted. Brian was knowledgeable and even though I ended up spending more than I had intended and had my door rebuilt- it was worth it. The door now moves easily and is much quieter to operate- it used to wake up the children! He even changed the light bulb for me :).

What a Company, a pleasure to do business with...told me 12 to 4 arrival time...arrived at around 1:00...tech Tim knew exactly what the promblem was...needed a new opener cracked housing...installed a belt driven liftmaster WOW WOW WOW super quite costly but i think it will be worth every penny....Tech Tim knows his garage doors in and out in very little time...friendly worked clean...will use again and again
