This tech was knowledgable, curtious, prompt. We needed one liftmaster replaced but decided to do the double door as well since it was 19 years old. Tech phoned to let me know he was on his way, etc. Helped program my car, did all the remotes, etc. etc. Need to give this guy a raise and a promotion. Rarely do I have this kind of service! Doors are also SOOOO quiet!

My Mom called Precision Door on July 2nd, and they told her that they would be there the next day between Noon and 5. Sure enough , Ron showed up on time. He explained to Mom and me (on the phone) the problem and how much it would cost to fix. Mom opted for a new opener (old one was over 12 years old) and I supported her decision. We had to leave before installation was complete, but Ron explained to us how to operate the opener before we left. Ron gets a thumbs up from Mom and me. I also appreciate the fast AND efficient service That Precision Door gave to my 93 yr. old mother. It really gave her peace of mind. Thanks again George C

I watched Peter O work for one hour repairing my garage door. He is the most professional & knowledge technician I have ever met. My garage door needed a total repair and replacement of all parts. Hello Doug; My garage door would not open easily. After forcing it open I realized that the spring on the left side had broken and the cable had become twisted. The door was installed about twelve years ago and I could not remember who did the installation. I went to the yellow pages in the phone book and saw your add which listed a phone number for Tenafly and wanted someone local that could come right away. Tim arrived a couple of hours later and explained in detail the problem with the door and gave me options for the repair. The first option was a quick fix which was the least expensive but stated that the other spring on the right side would probably break in the near future and he would be back again to do the same repair on the right side. He also pointed out that the rollers were not in the best condition and the cables were not the right size for the door. My wife and I deceided to go with the full repair which totaled $XXX.XX which was just about what we paid for the door to begin with. Tim had all the parts with him to do the job and did it quickly. The door works better than ever. Tim did a GREAT job! The only thing I was not happy with and why I did not give a five star rating had nothing to do with Tim. I feel that if the work is being done the FULL Service Call Amount should NOT be charged. Please let me know your thoughts. When Tim called he was only in Demarest which is the next town over from Tenafly. He did not have to travel a long distance to get here. If he did have to drive a long way to get here I would understand the charge. Thank You; Bill Grieco

Excellent service by Brandon. He called me first before coming as I had requested. When he arrived he went right to work. He took the time to explain the problem and the best way to repair the it. He made the repairs in a quick and professional manner. He even checked the other garage doors to make sure they were in proper working order.
