We needed a new entry keypad and I had a Valpak coupon. I was very pleased to see the email prepping me for the technician who would be servicing the keypad. When Brandon showed up, I got more than I expected. He is a very good serviceman, salesman and instructor. My brother always made sure I watched when he worked on my car. When Brandon started pointing things out to me about my garage door and explaining things, I felt like I was listening to my brother! I felt very confident in Brandon's skills and was pleased to have called Precision.

Rich was very professional, eager to help and get the job done I needed to get a keypad, however, I had an old Genie system Rich provided me with a new keypad He was very knowledgeable about garage doors and their parts. Our service tech was Pete and he was fabulous. He explained in detail why our 8 year old, builder-installed garage door opener was deafeningly loud for years and then suddenly no longer functioning. He then installed a new Liftmaster Belt Drive opener and re-balanced our door and the end product is AMAZING... very quiet and can take the heavy use we require. And, our tech was on time for the appointment which made us feel valued as a customer!

I had Tim come to elevate my broken garage door. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Originally I was hoping to repair it, but he thoroughly showed and explained to me the issues, and that it would actually cost about the same price to get a new, attractive, and much safer/durable one. I was in no way pressured to order a new door as opposed to repairing the current one. I look forward to having my new carriage style door in the near future, and feel confident that it will be safe and increase the value of my home. Thank you.

Vinnie has been great! My garage door system was installed in approximately two hours and I had access to my garage once again! Then about a week later, I needed Precision to come back for a service call. I called in the evening for an appointment and Vinnie came first thing the next morning. He is very professional, and so far, he has backed-up his entire sales pitch. If service like this continues, it will be a great relationship between customer and business.

They sent someone the very next day and Tim, our garage door specialist, explained everything that needed to be repaired and had it fixed up like new in less than an hour! The reason I called Precision turned out not to be the problem (only embarrass myself if i explain). After the problem was solved Brandon explained to me that my system needed to be updated. Did not push me and even told me my present garage door was a good quality. Once I agreed to the upgrade he completed the job right then.

Your ad in my local telephone book caught my eye. After speaking with your office/call center, they were able to schedule a tech to come today. All-in-all on a 1--5 rating, I would consider your company on the higher end for customer service. Once your tech arrived, he was thorough and complete in explaining what needed to be done, after checking over the garage door. He was neat and cleaned up after himself, even though I offered that he leave any trash. I was happy with this tech and would consider calling your company when I need a new garage door or another repair.
