I had my automatic garage door installed in 1998 and never had a problem with it to date. I thought it was time to have it checked out. Pete was the service technician and it was a delight to have him check the door. He was totally thorough and explained everything he was doing. He was pleasant to talk with, very professional and courteous and took his time to check the door and all its moving parts. Precision was a random pick for me; and I'm really glad I chose them. Scott, my Technician, was absolutely fabulous in every way. After careful assessment,he presented available options, answered all questions my husband and I had so we'd have a clear understanding before making our decision. He then told us what he was going to do...he did it...then told us again why the choice was a good one. A competitor (doing another job at the time) complimented Scott's professional work. That's a real plus!

This place does great work and they are punctual. Unfortunately they are far from cheap and for known issues like broken cables or something, you may do better elsewhere. This is the second time I have needed them in the last couple of months. First one door and now the other. I had Andrew both times and I can't say enough about his highly skilled work. Insist on him when you call. If you are going to pay top dollar, you may as well have top highly skilled work.

I was very impressed by the effort put in and the consideration taken by Scott in helping us get our garage door working again. Even before he showed up he was very considerate to call us and let us know a more specific window of time as to when he would arrive which allowed us to not waste time waiting for him. When he got to our home, he made it clear he didn't want to break anything (door or window) to gain access and diagnose the problem - which ultimately was about the remote control. He kept his word and as a result climbed into the garage through a window at some personal risk. Within a very short window of time we were back to normal - with a new backup remote to prevent a repeat issue. He is very professional and helpful and if we should ever need additional work I would be very happy to have him and Precision back to do the job.

Kevin called me and told me he would be at my house around the time that he mentioned. He started fixing up the garage right when he came.
