After about 40 years and one very bad winter my garage door opener stopped working, on a Sunday morning. A call to Precision had Brian B the technician at our home the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a burned out unit and had a new one installed in a very quick time. (even with my constant chatter throughout his work). The new unit is startling in how quite it is. I hope it will last as long as the previous one .

We were very impressed with Precision. The response time between placing a call for service and receiving a call from the technician (Tim R.) confirming when he would be at our home was lightning fast. Tim was wonderful. He obviously knows his stuff and explained everything to us in detail. We will have a new garage door installed in about 2 weeks. We definitely recommend Precision, and give high marks to Tim!

The hardware (rollers, springs, no safety cable) were falling apart on the old garage door of our new house. Although option was presented to buy a new door, there was no hard-sell. The guys also offered to replace all the hardware and install a safety cable for about $1,000 less than the cost of a new door, which we took them up on. Nice guys and seemed professional.

Kevin and Robert found that the four pulley wheels were of the old aluminum type and had to be replaced.One of the four pulley wheels was damaged and was causing the door to hesitate when closing or opening the garage door. Upon replacement off the four new type pulley wheels the door functioned normally. Good job by Kevin and robert.
