Our service tech Chris was great! Very knowledgeable and a very nice guy to boot. He was prompt and knew what he was doing. He fixed our garage door that wouldn't stay down and replaced a keypad and checked everything else. We called Precision because they installed our garage doors 10 years ago.

I would give 10 stars if allowed. Great service, great workmanship by Lou. He was careful to explain all the options, provided advice, worked hard and late at the end of the day (he didn't arrive until 7:15 and worked on the door until almost 8:45). Everyone involved with Precision was excellent. I called in the morning, was able to be scheduled for later in the day. Lou stayed in touch from his previous job so I would know when to expect him. I would always use Precision.

I first learned about Precision Door from your you tube video about lubricating the door parts with lithium spray. The video was very helpful. When I looked further at my door I realized my cable was frayed and in danger of breaking!!! I then called your office for an appointment. I was set up for service the next day (today). When the technician Chris arrived he confirmed my thoughts about the cable. He then explained to me my options, and I decided to have the rebuild of the door done. Chris explained in detail why it was the best approach to take. Chris was VERY, VERY, professional, and did a fantastic job. It is a pleasure to have technicians do work in your home that have this attitude. I give Precision, and Chris five stars!!!!!!!!

I called Precision because they were on Angie's list, and highly recommended there. I set up an appointment for a Sunday morning. The technician was more than professional. He really went out of his way to do a great job. At every step of the way, Pete was courteous and explained everything he needed to do, told me my options and let me decide how to proceed. Even though it certainly wasn't cheap, I would highly recommend Precision, as well.

I was considering buying the springs at a local hardware store and trying to replace the broken springs myself. I'm glad I didn't because it would have taken me several hours and I probably would not have done it correctly. The Technician showed up the same day I called, used higher quality parts, and did a tuneup and balancing of the door. The whole thing only took him about 45 minutes. My garage door now operates more smoothly and much quieter than before.

Brandon called to give a half hour warning, was entirely pleasant and communicative, knowledgeable, and efficient. He helped us with a nonworking garage door. It now opens and closes quietly and won't wake up the entire neighborhood anymore - the clatter would actually embarrass me! Precision responded to my home and installed a new garage door opener, belt drive, remotes and keypad. The installer arrived when scheduled. The installer explained everything he was going to do. After he installed the new garage door, he programmed the remotes and keypad. He even programed my wife's car to opened the garage door.
