Our technician was courteous, timely and very helpful. He called to let us know he would be a bit earlier than our scheduled time, which was wonderful! It is fantastic that they do not charge anything additional for a Saturday or Sunday call. With a new baby at home it was great to schedule on a day when my husband would be home rather than trying to work around the baby's schedule during the week.

It was another great experience using Precision. Lew, the technician, had done a fantastic job repairing the garage door problem previously, and this time we needed a new motor. He arrived right on time, checked what needed to be done and got to work, very efficiently. Upon completion, he was careful to explain everything and to double-check that everything was in order. As the last time, he was professional, friendly and super-efficient. Precision seems to have great employees and they do a terrific job. Precision installed 2 garage door openers, cables, rollers… the works… a little over 2 years ago. We needed to have a repair/replacement of the trolley which is located on the track. Rob installed a new trolley kit, checked the cables and springs (readjusted one of them which was rubbing against a beam), and lubricated the hinges of the doors. He was very pleasant and professional. He did not seem to mind that I observed his work and asked questions to help me become more knowledgable.

Our service tech Chris was great! Very knowledgeable and a very nice guy to boot. He was prompt and knew what he was doing. He fixed our garage door that wouldn't stay down and replaced a keypad and checked everything else. We called Precision because they installed our garage doors 10 years ago.

I would give 10 stars if allowed. Great service, great workmanship by Lou. He was careful to explain all the options, provided advice, worked hard and late at the end of the day (he didn't arrive until 7:15 and worked on the door until almost 8:45). Everyone involved with Precision was excellent. I called in the morning, was able to be scheduled for later in the day. Lou stayed in touch from his previous job so I would know when to expect him. I would always use Precision.
