I would give 10 stars if allowed. Great service, great workmanship by Lou. He was careful to explain all the options, provided advice, worked hard and late at the end of the day (he didn't arrive until 7:15 and worked on the door until almost 8:45). Everyone involved with Precision was excellent. I called in the morning, was able to be scheduled for later in the day. Lou stayed in touch from his previous job so I would know when to expect him. I would always use Precision.

We were very happy with our service technician, Pete, who took the time to explain everything that he did, what we can expect with the replacement of the keypad, and the reason the garage door was not responding to the remote.

I first learned about Precision Door from your you tube video about lubricating the door parts with lithium spray. The video was very helpful. When I looked further at my door I realized my cable was frayed and in danger of breaking!!! I then called your office for an appointment. I was set up for service the next day (today). When the technician Chris arrived he confirmed my thoughts about the cable. He then explained to me my options, and I decided to have the rebuild of the door done. Chris explained in detail why it was the best approach to take. Chris was VERY, VERY, professional, and did a fantastic job. It is a pleasure to have technicians do work in your home that have this attitude. I give Precision, and Chris five stars!!!!!!!!

Your company has now replaced both garage door motors and belt drives for a 2 car garage in our old house and we are very pleased with the work. The job was done cleanly, efficiently, and the results have fully met our expectations. The price was reasonable for the service performed. Thank-you. 5

Chris was excellent, kept us updated on his arrival time, told us what the issue was and gave us two options. The band aid or the long term solution with a warranty as long as we live in the house. We chose the rep

I hired Precision to replace my garage doors. Every part of the process was outstanding; from getting the estimate done, interactions with the office and the ultimate installation. I am very pleased with the outcome. The technicians were on time and they were very courteous and conscientious about the work. There was no trace of debris in my garage or driveway when they were done. Excellent job!

Great service. They gave me a window of time between 8-11, and showed up at 8 which was great! They asked if I had any questions through the time of installation. Would definitely recommend them to my neighbors!

I called Precision because they were on Angie's list, and highly recommended there. I set up an appointment for a Sunday morning. The technician was more than professional. He really went out of his way to do a great job. At every step of the way, Pete was courteous and explained everything he needed to do, told me my options and let me decide how to proceed. Even though it certainly wasn't cheap, I would highly recommend Precision, as well.

I was considering buying the springs at a local hardware store and trying to replace the broken springs myself. I'm glad I didn't because it would have taken me several hours and I probably would not have done it correctly. The Technician showed up the same day I called, used higher quality parts, and did a tuneup and balancing of the door. The whole thing only took him about 45 minutes. My garage door now operates more smoothly and much quieter than before.

Brandon called to give a half hour warning, was entirely pleasant and communicative, knowledgeable, and efficient. He helped us with a nonworking garage door. It now opens and closes quietly and won't wake up the entire neighborhood anymore - the clatter would actually embarrass me! I can't say enough good about the service provided today and Brandon is a real delight!

Precision responded to my home and installed a new garage door opener, belt drive, remotes and keypad. The installer arrived when scheduled. The installer explained everything he was going to do. After he installed the new garage door, he programmed the remotes and keypad. He even programed my wife's car to opened the garage door. The installer was very professional and I would recommend Precision to my family and friends.

Kevin N. was my technician this past Saturday; I was extremely impressed with his service. He called early in the morning to let me know what time he would be there. He followed up with another phone call when he was only 10 minutes away; he got there with a smile even though it was all of 10 degrees outside, explained my problem, gave me best solution to fix it, and the work was done within an hour. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience for one that I thought was going to be 'painful', but Kevin did an amazing job.
