A few days ago I had come across Precision's website when looking for "how to" videos about adjusting garage door openers and had been impressed with what I saw on the site. Last night I noticed that our garage door opener was "grinding" when opening the door. Not good. Having seen the website, I decided to call Precision instead of the company whose name was pasted to the opener and to the wall in the garage. I would call that company in the past simply because the name was there. I also saw that Precision advertised "same day" service and also weekend service, but I thought to myself "we'll see". I called at 8 AM and was given a Noon - 4 PM slot later in the day. Greg actually called before 11 AM and said he could get to my house early, and arrived before 11:30. We went over what needed to be done (replace the opener) but also a chronic problem that we had with the door. Greg said he could fix that as well. By 1:20 the job was done. Greg was very professional and courteous and did an even better job than I expected when I first called. And the total time from first call to completed job was 5 and 1/2 hours! P. S. I had him paste Precision's sticker over the old company's sticker before he left.

Prompt service, easy to get immediate service. Friendly, courteous and helpful technicians. I appreciated the calls before arrival, updating me on technician's arrival time. Trucks are always stocked with parts so I don't have to schedule multiple visits. Great coupon offers too!

When our opener started acting up, I was able to get someone to come out on the same day I called. Almost an hour before the beginning of the "window" in which I expected him, Pete telephoned to say that he could come a little early if that worked for us; it did, and he arrived promptly. He identified the problems right away, and explained clearly and thoroughly exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Once finished, he showed me what he had done and what to look for in the future. Outstandingly good service from start to finish, from my initial phone call to the completion of the repairs.

After finding great reviews about Precision on Angies List I contacted them to help with a broken door at a rental unit I own. They were able to send someone out the next day to help with my issues. Lou was very thorough in explaining what the issues were and what my options were to fix it. Being a condo unit there were limits to what we could do but he was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed to make the right decision. We did a full replacement of all rollers, springs, pulleys and cables. The work he performed was top notch and we are very satisfied with the outcome. We will be contacting Precision for work in the future when needed.

We came home late last night only to find the springs and cables were all broken on my garage door. I immediately called Precision Doors and got a live person who set up my appointment for Friday morning. The guys showed up at 9am so nice and professional. They explained to me my options and within 2 hours my door was fixed and better than when we had it installed. They were great and even checked my other door to let me know how that door parts are as well. I am not sure if I paid more or less compared to other companies, but I know it was fixed right and now I have a lifetime warranty on my doors that I did not have when Home Depot installed them. They were only 4 years old and all the inside parts were junk. I am glad I now have parts that will last a long time. Well worth the money.
