Chose Precision because I had just received a coupon in Valpak. Motor housing fell off ceiling and cable broke. Also had broken door bracket. Rob Z was prompt and very thorough in his work. He explained everything clearly and addressed all my questions. He provided me materials and explained options for future new door purchase. Great employee to have representing your company.

Your technician called about a half hour before he arrived and found the problem: oiled a very squeaky hinge and was very attentive in checking the hinges, oiling them, etc, & changed a bulb in the opening apparatus near the motor. His name was Louis G Rowek.

Louis was on time, nice and knowledgeable of the problem. He reviewed all parts and quickly assessed the problem. I am a renter so I put him in touch with the owner of this home. The two men who responded to my home to repair my garage door, which had jammed against a box wedged into the ceiling and jumped off the track, were prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. They assessed the problem, told me the cost up front, and quickly repaired the door. Then they checked their work, opening and closing the door several times to make sure everything worked smoothly.
