Doug, I was so pleased with Tim's knowledge and customer service, he knew everything possible about motors, doors and everything else there is to know about garage doors. Tim explained the pros and cons of replacing the motor vs just fixing it since we plan to change the doors in a couple of weeks, it was a no brainer. I do hope all your Technicians are as knowledgable and have the great customer service that Tim did, you will have extremely happy customers. I will be calling Theresa tomorrow to order the doors. Gaetano really knew what he was doing. As an inquisitive new homeowner, I had many questions, and Gaetano patiently answered each one while he worked. He was polite and professional as he quickly freed my trapped car. He had a trainee with him who came all the way from California to NJ just to train with Precision. They must be doing something right if someone is willing to travel from CA to NJ to train in the dead of winter.

Gaetano is probably the best service technician I have ever dealt with. He has a pleasant warm attitude that makes you feel reassured that the customer is in good hands. He was able to answer all our questions and never faltered. The installation went smoothly without a hitch! Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He gave us the options of repairing our old garage door opener, which was 14 yrs old, or installing a new one. Since we were already prepared to purchase a new one if needed, we decided with that option so that we didn't have to deal with another repair in the near future. Best part is the technician happened to have the exact same unit we had wanted. It was all done in about an hour.
